We are thinking of booking this hotel; what did you think of it?

We drive down from NC to JAX last night; TPA today to visit family. It was so hard to drive right past WDW without stopping ;). My consolation is cruising out of Miami tomorrow. All I really want to say is: "DISNEY CRUISE TOMORROW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

I can use AMEX gift cards to pay for DCL, right? I'm at Target and they have a ton. Do I get 5% target card discount if I buy them, or only disney gift cards?

I'm in the military, but I'm about an hour from post. Does anyone happen to know if booking a cruise through MWR on post offers any incentives? (Tax free, discount, etc)?

Do the target gift cards only come in $50 increments? That's all I've seen at my Target (by the register). I have my 5% from target card and my 5% for my prescriptions so I wanted to buy all the cards at once and get 10% but I did not see enough cards.

We booked the Residence inn. I feel like Marriott always gives me a good value for my $$.

Thanks for the info! I am mainly concerned about sharing meals since my 2yo has become the pickiest eater ever. I don't want to limit my meal choices to foods he likes. I will definitely bring plenty of snacks along with me and just purchase him something if need be. :banana:
