Same here, we always bought it our first night on the cruise. The interesting thing is Disney has offered us the same price if we needed to increase our wine package. I.e. we went from a 5 night to a 6 night package on a trip when we finished our bottles.

In my 10 cruises we have always drank the ship water. It tastes great. I am a super picky water person and don't trip tap water at my home. Disney will bring you Distilled water to your room if you need it for a CPAP machine so you don't have to lug it around.
