I would check the prices on the Disney site again. I think that taxes may not be included in those ticket prices. With UT, taxes are included in their prices.

More than one person can be logged in to the same mde account at the same time. My family of 4 did that this August with no problem in the parks on our phones.

You can get your additional FPs on the app after you use the 3rd one. You don't have to use a kiosk.
