We’re there now on our way to the fort. I would make reservations as it fills up rather quickly.

We prefer 100 or 200. Closest to the boats and trails end cafe. We’re going to be there 10/3-10/10. No matter what loop your in your going to really have fun, especially if this your maiden voyage!

I must say this thread was an eye opener for us! Been to the Fort at least 15 times and never realized there was no bus from there to MK or back ! Love the boat even when it's crowded! I guess that's why it gets so crowded. Daa

Agree on the cutting threw sites. Also we had site 101 a few years ago and had to call security because some parents let there kids play basketball at 11:30 pm (the court is behind site 101). Also had ants for the first time last April on site 114. Was really annoying!

The journey can be as much fun as the destination ,if you plan it wright. The trip home , that just stinks no mater how you slice it!

We were at the Fort last April into May and our ankles got bit a lot by the invisible "noseems" . Now I must say they really itch.

We're silver for sure unless you get extra points for having a toad behind the motor home.

We've stayed at the Fort at least 14 times and have never made ADR for any meal and have never waited more than 15 mins.
