I have stayed at both. 100% pick Pop for the skyliner alone! The rooms at Pop are in great shape. It is also fun to head over to AOA, CBR, and the boardwalk for more food options.
Coronado. Didn't like the theme or food. Even my preferred room was a bit far from the main building. The new tower was beautiful, just not my style. Landscaping was pretty, just not my favorite.
The front desk will refund you all the nights that she isn't there, if you don't mind paying it in advance. You do have to visit the front desk and notify them and ask for the credit. At least you will get DME for her.
You must be getting really exctied! I know that I am! Our first 2 nights are at Pop, then heading down to south FL for some beach time for 3 days, then up to Poly for 8 nights. Where are you staying?
My DS feels the same way and always runs for the arcades. I am always telling him "Come on, buddy, we are in Disney and you run for the arcade?" We stay at Poly often and we will walk over to GF to use theirs. He also really liked the one at WL a few months ago.
Thank-you, I'm so thrilled to have found your post! Congrats on your success! Disney is the ultimate test of willpower! I have been following keto diet for about 9 months and have lost 30 lbs. This worked when all other diets that I tried failed. Can you say major insulin resistance! I still...
Good info, thanks. I am a very adventurous eater, my husband and DS 14, not so much. I'm trying to figure out if we should take a chance. They would most likely order the steak too. How was the sauce on the steak?
Spikey pineapple looks delicious! We will be there in a few weeks and I saw that you mentioned DD had sushi. Was there a good selection of sushi? Do they offer everything from Kona Island? DD in law loves sushi and we may need to plan that for an evening.
We love it there. There were five of us last visit, and none of us ordered the same dinner. We were all very happy with our meals. Every time we go there, we comment that it reminds us of the dining room on a cruise ship haha!!
That's a tough one! When we were there the last 2 times, the DVC mousekeeping crew arrived at 11 am daily, so the odds of getting in before 12 were slim, unless you were going into a previously unoccupied room. Maybe that has changed? We are there again in 35 days and hope this has changed...
