Last time I went in 2022 it was at MK and we had to wait until it started at 9pm. I'm assuming HS will be the same. There are special wristbands that are given for party goers.

We stayed at the Hyatt Place when we had an event at the convention center. We walked over to the mall area (maybe 5 or so minutes away) and there was a cruise ship boarding. We really liked the hotel. Very spacious with a good breakfast.

I love this. We've been to D1 and D2 and it's a different beast than a normal trip. FYI, the Coronado sells out very fast so depending on when your team gets a bid, it might not even be available. It's also unfortunate that D1 got an AKL option.

We are a party of 5 and have never had seats. We've done both reservations and walk up. We've had standing tables 2x and the bar 2x.

We just stayed there 2 weeks ago and had no issues. checked in online and got our room assignment via text. No construction issues at all. Grab and go area is nice. And that side entrance to DCA is amazing.
