I'm kinda scared about summer crowds though!!

Hi summer0407, how's the park vue? I'm torn between it and the BWPPI. The thing that may sway me is that the Park Vue is not considered a good neighbor hotel, right?

I HIGHLY recommend the Park Vue Inn we stayed there 4 nights in December. The breakfast and social hour are fantastic. The location can't be beat and the rooms are clean. The beds are very comfortable as well. I am not sure about good neighbor or not. We never buy a package we buy our tickets from my credit union for a good discount. We are planning another holiday trip in December and we plan to stay here again.

We will be flying in June 11th. We get to GCH around 2pm or so and we leave June 18th at 10am.

You'll be there the week after us then! Enjoy your visit! We'll be home by the time you are there! Oh well, I'm looking forward to traveling around Alaska in our RV! Whoo hoo!

so i got a wild idea.. you guys should get together and do a meet up for lunch, or dinner or coffee!

summer0407, thanks for the recommendation. It all depends on whether I book a package or not. I normally book everything separately, and I may do that again, just not sure yet. I like the Costco pkg extras, but if I can get it for cheaper separately, I may just do it that way. Not sure if we'd be able to take advantage of the social hour anyway, we have plans to eat at the park, and also for breakfast, one character meal for sure, and I'd love to have breakfast at Carnation Cafe! But it would be a nice option!

hey my first post! i will be returning to Disneyland after a 10 year absence- i am beyond excited!!! Will be checking in on the 6th of June and leaving on the 14th of June. staying at the desert palms inn- have heard mixed reviews so hope its OK.....

Lulu2 and Frank808 we might just have to meet you all at the pool too. Our DD4 (4th birthday at Disney) loves the water, we will also be having my sister and her family joining us with nephew 4 and niece 6 from the 17th-23rd, my nephew would love to find another boy to hang with at the pool after being around the two princesses. We are all soooo excited for this trip we can't stand ourselves.
