i'm going to get some oreo double stuffed cookies and cold milk.... because i simply don't think my jeans are tight enough..they need to be just a weeeeeeee bit more uncomfortable.
The other good news is that I got my free cruise certificate and just booked Mom and I on the December 5th 7-day cruise. I upgraded to a verandah and the only negative is that our cabin is at the back of the ship--but I looked online and it looks huge (because it's a handicapped cabin)! So it's all good!
If it's the VERY back, overlooking the wake the ship will leave, that's generally highly coveted in cruising circles. Well, at least, on RCCL it is. Maybe it's different for DCL. But you will probably want to make sure you have taken measures against seasickness, b/c the very front (where our cabin was for our honeymoon and I was, like, a week pregnant and already nauseated anyway) and the very back do move a bit more than the middle. Get your seabands, find out if the ship has free bonine and if you can deal with normal bonine, and so on. Then sit back relax, and enjoy the expansive view as you see where you've just been!
Oh, and get a really big suitcase b/c I'm stowing away with you!!!!!
