Pre-trip blues have hit me hard this morning. Anyone else suffer with this? Just feeling tight in my chest and neck and nervous and most of all kind of sad. I get this every single time and HATE it! I go around all day telling myself and dh "we shouldn't go... it costs too much money... we should just stay home... what was I thinking planning a trip like this???" Dh is used to it by now and just ignores me.
I think the uncertainty of rain has me a bit blue too. Not that I mind the rain, but it just makes it more difficult to pack (which has never been my forte). I'm the opposite of most of you and am a minimalist when it comes to packing. I don't like to bring lots of stuff.
Ok, I'm done complaining. I truly am excited for this trip. I just need to GET THERE and I'll feel better.
(Which is a good thing considering my roomies packing list.....have you seen Beth's and January's packing list?!!!

I have certainly gotten the pre-trip blues before, so I know exactly what you're talking about. I had them bad before our extended family trip to WDW last December.
For some reason, I don't have them about this trip. I'm actually REALLY EXCITED to go. I think it's because I need to get away from hubby (Justin) for awhile. He's been annoying me lately. Plus, my brother and his family are moving this weekend and has recruited Justin to help. Now my brother and his family are REALLY ANNOYING. How convenient that I won't be around.
I'm a minimalist packer too.
I look at this trip as a weekend away - and since I only have to pack for myself it is much less stressful. I also pack minimally. I figure if I forget something I will go and buy it.
It's quite a welcome home! 
And then dh gets mad because I spend the first few hours home cleaning up the house - that according to him is already clean! Dawn, the lanyard is $3.00.

I only get stressed before BIG trips.
Now what stresses me out is coming home. It always looks like a tornado has ripped through my house!

I will be sending lots of pixie dust and prayers. Sorry to hear about your PayPal account too! I sometimes worry about that happening to me, but I feel sorry for anyone who tries, 'cause they wont even get enough for a churro. I'm just trusting that things will work out.
