Riviera Resort Questions...<sorry if there's a thread on it already>

I’m most interested / excited to see what happens on the resale market. If I visit the resort and like it - AND if the resale market truly plummets in a few years - then it would be nice to be able to pick up a relatively inexpensive contract. Right now, the less expensive resale resorts are SSR and OKW; but I don’t enjoy those because they are so spread out and force me to use the busses. So if Riviera points get down to $80 or so on the resale market, I would def pick up a very small contract there as I suspect it could be a great value.
