Tried out my new hydration pack today. I got the (discontinued) osprey verve 4 from rei outlet for under $50. LOVE it. Didn't bounce really at all once I got the straps situated. I read somewhere about a trick to minimize sloshing - fill the bladder, turn upside down and suck out the excess air. Worked great. Just a tip if anyone is looking at getting one!!
 
Horrid week at work! Glad it is behind me. Swam laps for 30 minutes while my 2 year old was in swim lessons. My breathing rhythm is slowly improving.
