who does Jetblues sight still keep saying OOPS... I have tried for 3 days to check prices, and I called and they said the system was working fine. What am I doing wrong?

I was just given a travel credit from JetBlue as a refund. I don't plan to travel again anytime soon and would much prefer cash to put towards my trip. Do you know if I can transfer these to someone?

You can book a flight for someone else through your account and use your travel credit for the other persons airfare. I do this often when using some expiring travel credits.
