Hogwarts RP part 10

OOC: Here we go:

William Aldridge:
“Come again?” He asked, the smile on his face widening. It was the same one that had been there throughout his childhood years.
“We need collective data,” the manager said.
“Oh, all right.” Thirty*year*old William Aldridge turned his back and began observing the tentacles in the department of mysteries. Three long hours later a young, blonde witch nursed her second child, a little girl called Jade. Will walked through the door, kissed his wife, and walked straight towards his small son. “Did you make the house tidy today, Carson?” he asked, laughing. The place was a mess. Ruffling the four*year*old’s dirty*blonde hair, he sat down and extended his legs onto the footrest. Their London home was all they had been hoping for.

Noleen Leveque:
The day was a clear, hot one in Braxburn, Scotland. Noleen Gersuin snapped her head up from her flashback, remembering that she musn’t lose focus. After all, she was on duty for Gringotts with a pair of dragon specialists: they had been asked to team up for an investigation involving a new breed, so Noleen had left her hobbies, three young, intelligent girls, and husband to adventure out. “Up ahead!” she called, and the three went on their way up the hill.

Katherine Holly Stokes Thomas:
Holly Thomas looked up from her small stack of papers, staring at her coworker. “You may want to consider talking to him, Hermione,” she said quietly. “There’s a very good chance he didn’t quite understand what you were suggesting.” Hermione looked up and noded. “By the way, the session in court has been changed to approximately 9:00 tomorrow morning, Ms. Thomas,” she said professionally. “I would advise you not to be late, as this one involves the status of Caroline Lovegood.” She gave a small smile, though, and left. Holly sighed, very grateful to have chosen a degree in psychology before coming to the ministry to work in the Department of Magical Law Enforcement. She leaned back in her office chair, silently reminding herself to remain calm for Delbert and Caroline*, her two young, brave children*and muggle*born husband.

And my favorite, and longest, because I love her so much:
Melanie Black:
As her life continued in a calm manner, Melanie began to shift her life back into the regular routine it had been in for the ten years before the second “war”. She continued steadily dating Evan Smith; although she was finally stabilizing, she couldn’t help but feel compassion for Georgie, though they did not speak often. After all, it had been her fault for not speaking up, which had caused so many hearts to be broken. But she learned through this that she needed to care for herself if she was to care for others. On another note, there was really nothing she could do for Georgie other than apologize for her mistake. She could have denied Evan, she knew, but it wouldn’t have gotten any of them anywhere nor would it have fixed anything. Eventually, Evan proposed, and Melanie accepted. They were married.
With Evan Melanie raised Jackson and Isabella for the remainder of their childhood years. Melanie was now Melanie Jane Black Smith, having chosen to keep the Black name in honor of her late parents, but was known to the common witch and wizard just as Melanie Smith. She eventually gave birth to two children of her own: George Darius was named after George Weasley and Darius Roric and Kristen Jayne was after Christine Smith and Jayne Williams, Mel’s mother. As much as she wished to help and teach the students of Hogwarts school, it became clear to her that although it was and would always be her childhood home, it was no place to raise a child. At the time of her maternity leave for her first born she resigned from her post and said farewell to Hogwarts school for perhaps the last time as one of its residents. Melanie later took up a teaching position at a muggle primary school near London, on one condition with herself: if Hogwarts ever became endangered again, she would be there to defend its students and her home; however, she also committed herself to her family. She would not abandon them, couldn’t risk putting them in the same position she had been in, as she had suffered through so much adversity indirectly due to her mother’s death.
Melanie’s emotional state continued to improve as time passed with the help of Evan, her other close friends, and the calm life she now lived. However, she was still prone to small episodes of paranoia/anxiety due to living so much of her life in danger and fear. These times only occurred on occasion and were easily diminished with the help of her family. For the first time in her life, there was no danger; she was happy.
Once upon a time a princess was born. This princess faced many trials and had many moments where she did not believe she would live, but she continued to pull through. Melanie fought through her adversity with strong armor and faith. She was wounded and fell many times, but she was not afraid to lean on her loved ones for support until she stood and faced it again. As in many fairy tales, the princess never truly lost, never stopped dreaming; she was given her happily ever after. Melanie never gave up; she was okay, and that was all that mattered.

Well, that's it. I'm done.

OOC: NOTE: I see the Quidditch World Cup as being like the Olympics, where a country pulls from their national league to make up the nation's team for the Quidditch World Cup.

Epilogues:
Students

Edeline: Edeline graduates from Hogwarts and becomes a chaser for the Holyhead Harpies at the age of 18. She plays with the Holyhead Harpies for many years, going to several championships with the team and winning quite a few of them. She even participates in a few Quidditch World Cups playing for Britain. After a glorious 26 year career she retires at the age of 44. She goes to Hogwarts and becomes the flying teacher and quidditch referee there. She spends three decades teaching and refereeing there, during which she becomes Head of Gryffindor. At 74 she retires and spends a few years developing her own broomstick line, with the final products as follows: The Red (specifically designed for chasers), The Scarlet (specifically designed for keepers), The Crimson (specifically designed for beaters), and The Ruby (specifically designed for seekers). After that she writes several books on quidditch. Edeline never marries or has children but she stays in close contact with her friends, family and teammates.

David: David finishes Hogwarts, graduates, and then goes to art school. After a few years at a university for the arts, he starts painting for muggles and wizards. His paintings become increasingly popular and he soon becomes a world renowned painter in both the muggle and wizarding worlds. He makes billions painting and even paints for some famous people. He marries a chef and has three children: Veronique the Ravenclaw, Alexander the Gryffindor and Anastasia (which the name Anya is derived from) the Slytherin.

Veronica and Alexei: Veronica and Alexei finish and graduate at their respective schools. Veronica immediately jumps into her training as a Healer at St. Mungo’s. She becomes one of the fastest ever to finish the training program and becomes a full Healer at St. Mungo’s. Alexei spends a year after graduation exploring the world and writes a blog narrating his travels. When the year is up he takes an internship at a newspaper and ends up becoming a full time reporter. Through all this Alexei and Veronica are dating and once she is a healer and he is a reporter he proposes and she accepts. Their wedding is beautiful and somewhat extravagant, and Anya is the maid of honor and Luke is the best man. Veronica and Alexei become one of the top people in their respective fields. They have four children: Pyotr Romanov becomes a Gryffindor, Mikhail Romanov becomes a Ravenclaw, Natasha Romanova becomes a Slytherin and Illyanna Romanova becomes a Hufflepuff.

Anya: Anya finishes school and graduates. She travels the world for a year after graduation like her brother to decide on a career option and eventually chooses to be a Curse Breaker. She trains hard and eventually becomes a curse breaker. She travels the world for her job and sometimes even helps the ministry. She is the maid of honor at the wedding of her brother and her good friend. One day she meets fellow Russian American curse breaker Fyodor Markov and they fall in love and marry. They have two children: Viktor Markov becomes a Hufflepuff and Katya Markova becomes a Gryffindor. Anya becomes a very skilled and much respected curse breaker.

Remy: Remy was adopted by the Malfoys by summer’s end. Remy finishes school and graduates, all throughout participating in the Youth Dueling League and winning several awards. Upon becoming an adult he switches to the Adult Dueling League and achieves further success there. He continues to study dueling and learn many advanced spells, even creating a few spells himself. He earns many awards and becomes an accomplished duelist comparable to that of the great duelist Filius Flitwick. He marries a French girl and has three children: Philippe, Angelique and Xaviere. He eventually retires from the dueling circuit and goes into spell researching and creating.

Isabella: Isabella finishes school and graduates. She spends a few years in a desk job in the ministry working in communications and public relations. Then she is recruited, undergoes training, and becomes the British-French ambassador. She meets and eventually falls in love and marries another half-British half-French person. She has two blood children, Armand and Cosette, and adopts two other children, Scottish twins Moira and Hamish. From time to time between ambassador works she performs in the band occasionally under a stage name.

Lucas and Christine: Luke finishes school and graduates. He is recruited to be the seeker for Puddlemere United. He plays for Puddlemere for 15 years, in which he wins championships and plays alongside Edeline on Team England in the Quidditch World Cup. After his quidditch career he switches fields and becomes a successful Auror like his father and his godfather. He was the best man at the wedding of his best friends. Christine finishes school and graduates. She gets into the music business and becomes the manager of the very successful rising stars in the band Catalyst. Luke eventually marries Christine. They have 7 children: A son, Evander, who plays keeper, triplet daughters Georgianne, Becca and Melania who play chaser, twin sons Darian and Andrew that play beater, and another daughter, Veronice, who plays seeker.

(NOTE: The names are variations of the names of the people they are naming them after: Evander-Evan, Georgianne-Georgette, Becca-Rebecca, Luke's mom, Melania-Melanie, Darian-Darius, Andrew-Drew, Luke's father and Veronice-Veronica)

Teachers

Darius and Kelsey: Darius returns to the Aurors and Kelsey continues teaching DADA. They get married and have two children, Drew Lucas Roric and Rebecca Lavender Roric, both of whom become Gryffindors. Darius and Kelsey keep close ties with their friends and Luke over the years.

Nikolai Zhukov: Nikolai continues to teach Potions at Hogwarts. At his best friend Alexei’s wedding he is introduced to a cousin of Alexei named Irena Komarova. They end up marrying and having three children: Dmitri, Nadia and Ivan.

Morgan Claybourne: She spends the rest of her life as Headmistress of Hogwarts, occasionally writing articles and books on healing and potions. She never marries or has children.

Evan: He eventually marries Melanie and leaves Hogwarts to go back to working for George Weasley and writing on the side in order to have a more stable life for a family. They have two children, George Darius and Kristen Jayne.

OOC: Well geez Anney, now I'm really going to miss Melanie. *sniffing quietly*

I'll put mine up in a minute, eating breakfast right now.

Well, that's it. I'm done.

These were great!

We clearly had a very different style.

I liked Mel's the best. The princess symbolism was interesting.

OOC: Ending time.
Here we go:

Tori: Tori graduated Hogwarts with high honors and married Ivan on July 16th. She got a job at the ministry and soon quit her job to pursue a different career. Tori went back to school to be a teacher and was given a local job where she could be happy. Tori gave birth to Ivan Leopald Minor IV, a spirited boy with curly blonde hair and dark black eyes. Two years after Ivan IV was born, she and Ivan had another son. They decided to name him Alexander, after the Persian leader Alexander the Great. Tori continued to remain friends with Bass, but she also has made a bunch of charming new friends and she thanks her lucky stars every night for the life she has.

Bass: Bass graduated Hogwarts and got an internship at The Daily Prophet. His career has taken flight from there and he has landed a job as a reporter. He goes from door to door each and every day looking for the scoop. Bass become known for his riveting article on the truth about werewolves, telling wizards everywhere that werewolves were more normal than the average person. Even though he had broken up with Jane, Bass continued to be friends with her. He became a well-respected wizard, even as a reporter, he found time to write a few memoirs that soon became bestsellers. Bass often thinks of Tori as his best friend, even wrote a whole chapter dedicated to her in a tell-all book about his adventures at Hogwarts.

Chris: Chris graduated Hogwarts and was given a job to be a guard at Azkaban. He was the best man for Ivan and Tori's wedding. He keeps the prisoners and death eaters in line. Chris proposed to Mari two weeks after getting a secure job. He maintains a good relationship with his older brother to this day. Chris sees himself in his younger nephew, Alexander, and he also teases Ivan about how the both of them fight. Chris hasn't spoken to Phyllis since the Quidditch game.

Ivan: Ivan got a job at the ministry and works in the Department of Mysteries for a living. He and Tori were both married on July 16th. His two sons remind him so much of himself and Chris when they were younger. Ivan hasn't seen or heard from Phyllis in years, but he knows that he did the right thing by keeping her in the dark. He often visits Chris, congratulating him on his proposal to Mari. Ivan also keeps a close watch on Lori, making sure that she got through her Hogwarts years okay and offering her support if she ever needs it. Ivan felt bad about his mistakes in the past, but he never has the courage to reach out to Sheila.

Lori: Lori was the bridesmaid at Tori and Ivan's wedding. She went through Hogwarts for the next few years of her life and became friends with Sheila. She found a boyfriend named Jack and dated him for a few years before breaking their relationship off. Lori had no problems after her brothers graduated, for she was nice to pretty much everyone and was more than excited to help anyone out. She graduated with high honors, eventually going to college and becoming a wizard lawyer for her family. She helped a few of her family members out of prison, proving each of them innocent to the court. Lori then was married to a boy named Vance Mullins and had a family of her own, a girl she named Jessica Margaret Mullins.

Phyllis: Phyllis graduated Harvard with a major in business. She became the valedictorian of college. She received several job offers in the business field. Phyllis moved to New York and got a job working on Wall Street. She moved high up in the career ladder and became well respected among co-workers. She hasn't missed her magic at all, in fact, she doesn't even notice that she doesn't use it anymore. Phyllis eventually evolved into a beautiful young woman and carries self-confidence with her wherever she goes.
After twelve years working for her company, Phyllis was promoted to Assistant Manager. She has a good relationship with her boss, but she still manages to keep the employees in line. She met a handsome muggle named Thomas, went out to dinner with him, and they both hit it off right away. He went out with her for six years, then asked her to marry him, and she said yes without hesitation. Phyllis became a successful business woman in the muggle world and married with two children, whom she named Edgar and Mark, and she plans to one day get a major in psychology.

Sheila: Sheila became good friends with Lori in Hogwarts. She looks up to her professors because they are fantastic role models. She made new friends with her other peers. Sheila graduated Hogwarts years later, then went to school to become a teacher. She is currently enrolled in a wizard college, where she hopes to one day become a professor at Hogwarts. She has never forgotten Ivan and Chris, but she is too shy to reach out to them because she is afraid they are still mad at her. Sheila made amends with her aunt and soon adopted a little girl named Annabelle from an orphanage.

Alec: Alec resigned his position as Caretaker at Hogwarts and got another job. He earned enough money to become rich and respected among wizard colleagues. He soon fell in love with a beautiful woman named Valorie and married her on July 1st. Alec raised his own family with his wife and two daughters. His eldest daughter is twelve and currently enjoying her days at Hogwarts. His youngest daughter is four years old. His daughters are named Eris Georgette Ryland and Florentina Amelia Ryland.

Eris: Eris became a ghost resident at Hogwarts. She met many friends within her ghost group. She has become even closer friends with some ghosts her age. Eris offers to help first years find their way to classes and helps them if they are in trouble. She makes good friends with the teachers and decides that she still wants to go to class. She comes to class prepared each and every day, willing to learn from the professors once again. Eris stays in the back of the class and tries her hardest to comprehend each lesson.
Because Eris is a little behind in her studies, she goes after class to get extra help. Eris wants to still pass her tests, regardless about the fact that she is dead. She wants to make her uncle proud of her. She doesn't see her uncle anymore, but she wants to keep it that way and she doesn't want to mess up his life. Eris occasionally eats her meals with the other ghosts, but she normally spends her time alone and is sad that she has to watch her friends from afar.

I'm done now.

Mari Minor: She sat next to her husband, nursing their daughter, Lorelei. She had cleared her family's name as a successful lawyer, but now, she was taking a break from the stressful job to raise her daughter. Lorelei becomes a Gryffindor. She lives the rest of her life happily with Chris.

Gabrielle: She and Jackson married quickly after the year was done. They lived in the cabin until Jackson graduated then moved to a different house in the center of london. As she promised Jackson, they had children: a squib and werewolf named Perry, and triplets, all in Ravenclaw, named Gin, Jane, and Corbin. She worked with Bass to try and gain more rights for werewolves.

Georgie: She kept in touch with her best friends over the years, and was a bridesmaid at Melanie and Evan's wedding. She ended up having twins, who were named Atticus Evan Alec Xavier and Melrose Christine Jayne Xavier. They went to Salem. They also got another dog, named Chad. Her mental health never really got better, and she lived the rest of her life with her schizophrenia. Corbin got an excellent job in the muggle government so she didn't have to work. She also took excellent care of her grandchildren, who she loved very much.

Lily: She went to Salem and was in the top of her class. Due to her mother's condition she decided to be a counselor and helped many people. She met a man named Nicholas Zayne and they were married. They had one child, named Shirley Mae Zayne.

Nagini: her son grew up very close to her younger brother. She also had a daughter named Rachel. She and Joey became aurors and fought for the good of mankind. She stayed very close to Melanie and Jackson. She was eventually able to release Emmet, but he stayed with her, saying that they were his family now. She was glad she didn't kill him and, other than the criminals that she had to kill, she never killed another person for the rest of her life.

Lannie: She graduated Hogwarts with high honors. In her seventh year, she met a boy named Michael and they were married. They never had kids. She became a successful potions master and eventually taught at Hogwarts until her retirement.

Harriet: She was minister of magic until her death. She helped prevent more attacks, and led the wizarding world into an era of peace.

Jolie: She and Jean Pierre became the Romeo and Juliet ghosts of the school. She helped students out of their troubles and was happy to do it. She watched over her brother and his children as they went through Hogwarts, though she knew he wouldn't tell his children about her.

OOC: Done. Well, this was fun, wasn't it?

OOC: It was fun.

LOL, most have between one and four children, but I just had to give Luke an entire quidditch team.

I can imagine Will teasing him about that.

These were great!

We clearly had a very different style.

I liked Mel's the best. The princess symbolism was interesting.

Thanks! Nessie, I'm glad. That means I did my job right.

The symbolism is what I'm proud of. Things like that sort of just come to mind at the right moment.
I'm so sad.

OOC: I'm sure Will teased him about that. I just realized that Christi marrying Luke would make Darius Evan's god-uncle in law or something.

Also, Maddie wants to do one more Metatron, but she has to wait until Monday. So there should be like one last post on here, but it shouldn't matter, so there is no need to postpone the new RP or anything like that.

Georgie probably feels really special about having two kids named after her.

Yeah, okay.

OOC: No, Christi marrying Luke makes Darius and Evan brothers-in-law or god-brothers-in-law I think. Yeah, okay.

OOC: But Darius was Luke's godfather and Evan was Cristine's brother. Whatever. I'm not good at stuff like this, lol

OOC: This is where it gets confusing. Does it matter though? They're family.

OOC: No, it doesn't. I just thought it was cool that they were family since they were best friends and stuff. Through Jackson and Gab Georgie and Corbin are related to them too. Just one big messed up family.
