OOC: Yeah, that made me cry again.
OOC: Oh geez, wings. should I start? I have about 8 minutes
OOC: I'm sorry.
OOC: Yeah, that made me cry again.
OOC: Oh geez, wings. should I start? I have about 8 minutes
OOC: I'm sorry.
OOC: Here we go:
William Aldridge:
“Come again?” He asked, the smile on his face widening. It was the same one that had been there throughout his childhood years.
“We need collective data,” the manager said.
“Oh, all right.” Thirty*year*old William Aldridge turned his back and began observing the tentacles in the department of mysteries. Three long hours later a young, blonde witch nursed her second child, a little girl called Jade. Will walked through the door, kissed his wife, and walked straight towards his small son. “Did you make the house tidy today, Carson?” he asked, laughing. The place was a mess. Ruffling the four*year*old’s dirty*blonde hair, he sat down and extended his legs onto the footrest. Their London home was all they had been hoping for.
Noleen Leveque:
The day was a clear, hot one in Braxburn, Scotland. Noleen Gersuin snapped her head up from her flashback, remembering that she musn’t lose focus. After all, she was on duty for Gringotts with a pair of dragon specialists: they had been asked to team up for an investigation involving a new breed, so Noleen had left her hobbies, three young, intelligent girls, and husband to adventure out. “Up ahead!” she called, and the three went on their way up the hill.
Katherine Holly Stokes Thomas:
Holly Thomas looked up from her small stack of papers, staring at her coworker. “You may want to consider talking to him, Hermione,” she said quietly. “There’s a very good chance he didn’t quite understand what you were suggesting.” Hermione looked up and noded. “By the way, the session in court has been changed to approximately 9:00 tomorrow morning, Ms. Thomas,” she said professionally. “I would advise you not to be late, as this one involves the status of Caroline Lovegood.” She gave a small smile, though, and left. Holly sighed, very grateful to have chosen a degree in psychology before coming to the ministry to work in the Department of Magical Law Enforcement. She leaned back in her office chair, silently reminding herself to remain calm for Delbert and Caroline*, her two young, brave children*and muggle*born husband.
And my favorite, and longest, because I love her so much:
Melanie Black:
As her life continued in a calm manner, Melanie began to shift her life back into the regular routine it had been in for the ten years before the second “war”. She continued steadily dating Evan Smith; although she was finally stabilizing, she couldn’t help but feel compassion for Georgie, though they did not speak often. After all, it had been her fault for not speaking up, which had caused so many hearts to be broken. But she learned through this that she needed to care for herself if she was to care for others. On another note, there was really nothing she could do for Georgie other than apologize for her mistake. She could have denied Evan, she knew, but it wouldn’t have gotten any of them anywhere nor would it have fixed anything. Eventually, Evan proposed, and Melanie accepted. They were married.
With Evan Melanie raised Jackson and Isabella for the remainder of their childhood years. Melanie was now Melanie Jane Black Smith, having chosen to keep the Black name in honor of her late parents, but was known to the common witch and wizard just as Melanie Smith. She eventually gave birth to two children of her own: George Darius was named after George Weasley and Darius Roric and Kristen Jayne was after Christine Smith and Jayne Williams, Mel’s mother. As much as she wished to help and teach the students of Hogwarts school, it became clear to her that although it was and would always be her childhood home, it was no place to raise a child. At the time of her maternity leave for her first born she resigned from her post and said farewell to Hogwarts school for perhaps the last time as one of its residents. Melanie later took up a teaching position at a muggle primary school near London, on one condition with herself: if Hogwarts ever became endangered again, she would be there to defend its students and her home; however, she also committed herself to her family. She would not abandon them, couldn’t risk putting them in the same position she had been in, as she had suffered through so much adversity indirectly due to her mother’s death.
Melanie’s emotional state continued to improve as time passed with the help of Evan, her other close friends, and the calm life she now lived. However, she was still prone to small episodes of paranoia/anxiety due to living so much of her life in danger and fear. These times only occurred on occasion and were easily diminished with the help of her family. For the first time in her life, there was no danger; she was happy.
Once upon a time a princess was born. This princess faced many trials and had many moments where she did not believe she would live, but she continued to pull through. Melanie fought through her adversity with strong armor and faith. She was wounded and fell many times, but she was not afraid to lean on her loved ones for support until she stood and faced it again. As in many fairy tales, the princess never truly lost, never stopped dreaming; she was given her happily ever after. Melanie never gave up; she was okay, and that was all that mattered.
Well, that's it. I'm done.
Mari Minor: She sat next to her husband, nursing their daughter, Lorelei. She had cleared her family's name as a successful lawyer, but now, she was taking a break from the stressful job to raise her daughter. Lorelei becomes a Gryffindor. She lives the rest of her life happily with Chris.
Gabrielle: She and Jackson married quickly after the year was done. They lived in the cabin until Jackson graduated then moved to a different house in the center of london. As she promised Jackson, they had children: a squib and werewolf named Perry, and triplets, all in Ravenclaw, named Gin, Jane, and Corbin. She worked with Bass to try and gain more rights for werewolves.
Georgie: She kept in touch with her best friends over the years, and was a bridesmaid at Melanie and Evan's wedding. She ended up having twins, who were named Atticus Evan Alec Xavier and Melrose Christine Jayne Xavier. They went to Salem. They also got another dog, named Chad. Her mental health never really got better, and she lived the rest of her life with her schizophrenia. Corbin got an excellent job in the muggle government so she didn't have to work. She also took excellent care of her grandchildren, who she loved very much.
Lily: She went to Salem and was in the top of her class. Due to her mother's condition she decided to be a counselor and helped many people. She met a man named Nicholas Zayne and they were married. They had one child, named Shirley Mae Zayne.
Nagini: her son grew up very close to her younger brother. She also had a daughter named Rachel. She and Joey became aurors and fought for the good of mankind. She stayed very close to Melanie and Jackson. She was eventually able to release Emmet, but he stayed with her, saying that they were his family now. She was glad she didn't kill him and, other than the criminals that she had to kill, she never killed another person for the rest of her life.
Lannie: She graduated Hogwarts with high honors. In her seventh year, she met a boy named Michael and they were married. They never had kids. She became a successful potions master and eventually taught at Hogwarts until her retirement.
Harriet: She was minister of magic until her death. She helped prevent more attacks, and led the wizarding world into an era of peace.
Jolie: She and Jean Pierre became the Romeo and Juliet ghosts of the school. She helped students out of their troubles and was happy to do it. She watched over her brother and his children as they went through Hogwarts, though she knew he wouldn't tell his children about her.
OOC: Done. Well, this was fun, wasn't it?
These were great!
We clearly had a very different style.
I liked Mel's the best. The princess symbolism was interesting.
Thanks! Nessie, I'm glad. That means I did my job right.
The symbolism is what I'm proud of. Things like that sort of just come to mind at the right moment.
I'm so sad.
OOC: I'm sure Will teased him about that. I just realized that Christi marrying Luke would make Darius Evan's god-uncle in law or something.
Also, Maddie wants to do one more Metatron, but she has to wait until Monday. So there should be like one last post on here, but it shouldn't matter, so there is no need to postpone the new RP or anything like that.
Georgie probably feels really special about having two kids named after her.
OOC: No, Christi marrying Luke makes Darius and Evan brothers-in-law or god-brothers-in-law I think. Yeah, okay.
OOC: But Darius was Luke's godfather and Evan was Cristine's brother. Whatever. I'm not good at stuff like this, lol
OOC: This is where it gets confusing. Does it matter though? They're family.
OOC: No, it doesn't. I just thought it was cool that they were family since they were best friends and stuff. Through Jackson and Gab Georgie and Corbin are related to them too. Just one big messed up family.
OOC: Yup lol
OOC: Now that it's done I think I'm going to re-read the entire thing.
