Yeah, I'm not faulting them specifically for Disney+, but all of their web products are abysmal. My Disney experience is constantly crashing and down. Disney Junior app is the same. They are just known at this point for having terrible internet tech. This really shouldn't be the case for a company of their size.Idk. This is how high demand services go. Everyone tries to get in/on at once, capacity peaks and then is exceeded, and the system goes down. Purchasing coveted sports or concert tickets goes the same way. I’m not surprised at all and I don’t think this is unique to Disney or it’s IT department. It will get better over the next couple days as demand spreads out through the day and as technological gremlins are worked out.
