Put the picture you want to edit there.
Now click select.


Right click and you should see invert colors click it.

Now the only thing is that her eyes will be an inverted color.

To make her eyes a normal color click select and free form selection.

Use the tool to go around her eyes click invert and it should work.

If not I'll post a link to Wikihow to use Paint to invert.
