Hello, we are new members to the forum, but have been visiting Disney for 30+ years and joined DVC in 2016 at our beloved Polynesian with a large number of points.
We have a block of just over 200 points that expire in November, but given the uncertainty of the world, are looking for renters who are interested in using the points in July or August for $13/point. We will consider later dates for a slightly higher rate.
This would be enough points for a magical two nights in a lake view studio plus a TRULY magical night in a bungalow (a 3 day experience that we have done) or you could put together over a week’s worth of vacation in a studio. Or stay at a resort other than the Poly.
We are a couple who work in the legal field and can prepare a contract, but we prefer someone who has rented points before and is comfortable with the process (since this is our first time renting out points). Since we live in the Northeast and know that flights may be a challenge, we would prefer renters who are local or have no concerns about air travel. We are listing these points at a low rate but in exchange hope for an easy process.
We will follow all of the suggestions and best practices listed on these boards, including using a service such as PayPal, providing a link to the deeds posted on Orange County Comptroller, and providing you with a confirmation number. Availability looks good at the Polynesian for July and August, but we can check other resorts for you as well. Aloha!
