Having 2 Navy corpsmen as parents needles never bothered me, luckily.
I try to give every 8 weeks.
I used to give plasma when I was in my 20's because you would get money...THAT was physically draining and always took forever. Double blood makes me sleepy sometimes so I usually just got with the single blood. That way i'm not a zombie the rest of the day.
