After wed witness whatever was so Totally Tomorrowland, wed gotten our fill of Christmas Festivities, and were back to our regularly scheduled character greets! There wasnt much of a line over in the Thoughtful Spot, and we really wanted to meet Eeyore & Piglet, so waiting was not that bad, especially since we had a decent view of the fireworks!
HES SO CUTE!!
Now, while we were watching the meet and greets ahead of us go on, there was one point where no one was up yet, and a LOUD and BIG firework went off RIGHT over top of the meet and greet area! It caused Pooh, Eeyore & Piglet to JUMP (literally) and cower in fear, Piglet even hid his face behind his ears, it was just the CUTEST thing. Tigger on the other hand was SO READY for it, and did a really big motion like youre out that an umpire does!
We both got a TON of hugs from everyone and lots of great interaction and were both super pleased that wed waited for the gang!
And of course it wouldnt be complete without some bouncing!
We promptly BOUNCED our way out of there and RIGHT over to the entrance to Storybook Circus where Suzy & her parents were watching the fireworks! Id had the pleasure of meeting Suzy back in September for a quick bit, (and since then have had MANY meals, park days and adventures through Disney, and let me tell you, they are always amazing and she is a perfect human!) and knowing they were at the party that night we figured wed have to stop to chat! We talked a bit about the evening, Suzy said theyd had a great Prince Phillip interaction earlier, and we exchanged stories of the trip, and I was glad to see that Steven was having no problem chatting away with random Disboard people, bahaha!
Eventually we had to move on, because we had a princess to see! Unluckily, this is the point in the night that I definitely hit a wall, I was tired, hungry and just so done, all I wanted in life was like 10 Uncrustables & maybe a Lapu Lapu .but we were wating for Merida. I also have to say right now that throughout the day, yes, our Disneybounds were AWESOME, and they got a lot of attention from everyone, BUT, by this point I WAS SO DONE with EVERYONE (characters, cms, guests) asking if I could make it snow, or if I wanted to build a snow man, or just really anything Elsa related ..just to preface
Im sure the wait wasnt that bad, but it was brutal for me, I know we had to wait for the fireworks to be done, and from there I honestly dont remember hangry was taking over bahah!
Naturally, the topic of Frozen came up (especially since Meridas friend likes to hang out in Arendelle quite a bit and actually was at the Xmas parade filming EARLY the next morning I shouldnt have been complaining of being tired bahah. Merida commented that she LOVED snow, and wished it would snow here, to which I was just like no .Florida needs no snow just go to Canada, lol! To which Merida brought up the fact that with the cold shed get her CLOAK, and that brightened my spirits, because, lets be honest, Meridas winter wear is GORGEOUS and I WANT IT! We commented that she could take her dads outfit and be solid and warm in the winter too.
Overall, the Merida experience was FAR superior to the one wed had at the previous MVMCP, the interaction was fabulous, the accent was great, and she was super perky and just plain awesome, even despite the fact that she wanst getting much from me, bahaha. QUICKLY after finishing that meet and greet, I literally RAN into Cosmic Rays and devoured a couple of Uncrustables and probably some fries or something too, it had been far too long since Id eaten!
And now, Im going to have to stop, theres TOO MANY PICTURES
