Walk up. Another time previously when a walk up we were given the option of sitting alone (longer wait) or at a shared table. I can't recall in November if they asked that option. 🤔 Honestly when we sat inside Mexico at our "own" table we were closer to other people than when we sat in Germany...

Ate at Biergarten in November (2 adults). We sat at one end & another small group sat at the other end of the same table so there was an empty seat between us on both sides of the table.

I am in my mid-40's & Figment was my childhood at Epcot. He sort of disappeared for awhile as other characters/movies moved in, but I am happy he's back! He's a fun character & everyone needs some IMAGINATION. I was excited to meet him last month & get pictures. One little spark.... 💡:figment:

We went to Epcot for the 4th in '23. There for park opening. Honestly it was very quiet early on & quite enjoyable. I kept waiting for the onslaught of crowds all day. Meandered in all the countries & rode the rides (we did skip Remy & Mars). Had a VQ for GOTG from the 7am drop. We even walked...

I take my time enjoying the views & if people come behind I step aside & let them pass. It's an attraction I take at a leisure pace.

Honestly I liked the no festival summers. The park seemed quieter & you could really explore the countries.

How does this work for getting in a VQ? Particularly the 1pm drops. For example...this Sunday I am going to AK that opens at 8am. Would I need to be IN Epcot at 1pm for the VQ drop or can I try from AK if I haven't park hopped yet?

I think the closer you get to the actual holiday the parks are going to get more crowded regardless. That date blocks out the majority of APs.

All I can say is you have an AP now so wing it. See how your flights & traffic go. If you go straight from the airport to HS why not try? Definitely wouldn't stop by the hotel on the way. You may want to look at some other routes than taking just 4. Options are good for on the fly. For such a...
