You could always get back in the game with some Amex business cards while you wait to hit Chase up again That is where I am at right now (lots of us there, actually)!

Once you are under 5/24, have you considered double-dipping the CSP & CSR? You'd want to go for the CIP first and then try for the other two.

Well, off to see if I can track down one of these magical variable load gift card unicorns locally. I considered getting them online from GCM but that sounds like it might be a big flashing arrow sign to the RAT team. At least if I purchase at a grocery store I can say I was feeding a soccer team or something if they question my bill?

Was there an option to just copy and paste the link instantly? OR share it to Facebook or Twitter (then delete it if you don’t want it there). The email option is a last resort as it’s terribly unreliable unfortunately. Your rental income should work fine as a “business” or you could claim you’re starting a resale business on EBay.

Also keep in mind when you go for the CP later this year that you can refer your husband for the SW cards.

• AMEX SPG Biz
• AMEX Biz Gold Rewards
• AMEX Biz Blue Plus
• AMEX Biz Platinum
• AMEX Delta Gold Biz
• Chase Marriott Biz

Could definitely earn a ton of points while not affecting your 5/24 status

Totally off topic but I know there are Disers on here with Wells Fargo mortgages. My mom lost or didn’t her 1098 from Wells Fargo. Does WF allow to go online and reproduce the 1098 or can you locate the end of year interest? I am working on my mom’s taxes for her and she did was give a statement from Nov.

Referrals are worth 10,000 pts. Which is about $160 in Flights. You could not refer him to both cards if you only had 1 card. Did you plan to have him apply for 2 personal or 1 personal/1 Biz to earn the CP?

I would call ‭1 (800) 945-2028‬ and have them expide the card. I called Tuesday morning, the card arrived Thursday.

I can download mine online as well as I get the paper form. So she should be able to login and get it. There's also a tab for "Taxes and Interest Paid" which shows the totals for 2017.

She should be able to get it online, I would just try that. I've always been able to get whatever tax document I needed online through my mortgage (PNC) or my credit union.

You can only refer for the cards that you have. The points you are given from SW at your anniversary cover the AF. And as @SouthFayetteFan pointed out, just one referral would more than cover the cost of that card. So, your dh using your referral links plus the points given at your anniv would make keeping both cards worth it.

BUT, keep in mind the bonuses can vary for all the SW cards. Currently, the personal cards are both at 50k and the business card is at 60k. If they stay the same, you could apply for the business and one of the personal which would be enough for the CP without having to do any additional spending over the MSR. However, bonuses could drop to 40k like they did not too long ago or all go up to 60k like they did in late summer/early fall of last year. There is no way to know. I'm planning to try for a CP for my dh for 2019-2020 so I'm keeping all my options open but really prefer to be able to get a SW biz and one of the personal so I don't have to spend more than the MSR.
