According to this chart, the Disney Wonder will be sailing right by Bonaire (which is an island next to Aruba and Curaçao in the same island group). We actually had a week-long scuba diving trip planned in Bonaire for just last week. (We were originally supposed to fly home two days ago.) Of course we had to cancel this trip -- even if we were inclined to have gone, the island government has banned all tourists until June 15th.

We were then supposed to sail on the Wonder for an Alaska cruise this August. Now that's not happening, either. Ironic that our second cancelled vacation of 2020 will be sailing right by our first cancelled vacation.

We were watching live and mentioned about grabbing a screenshot because the raindrop looked like Mickey (actually I said at first it looked like a heart then my BF said noooo it is Mickey!!). Soo glad we were not the only ones!

Sorry you had to miss a trip to Bonaire - it’s our favorite destination in the Caribbean. Very laid back, excellent food, wonderful people, and great reefs.

I know. That was strange unless Marine Traffic had some sort of glitch.

It's very possible that the forecast feature is based on some form of AI/ML and since the boat isn't running it's usual itineraries the forecasting algorithms are thrown off.
