We always stay at the Best Western HillTop Inn, hot breakfast clean rooms, nice pool if you are into that. Two from the Tri_cities at the same time.

We are flying into SNA on the 15 and staying at the carousel for 10 days. This is our second trip to Dis ever! Last time we stayed at the super 8, and we were pretty happy with it as we spend very little time in the hotel, my son will be 16 this time, so we stay and play late! We got a fantastic deal at the carous this year so we took it. We know that the blackout dates are over Aug 20 so we are for sure doing Disney on Thursday and Friday, and then play it by ear. We are also planning on doing sandiego zoo and sea world and a beach day.

We're hoping to!! Trying to narrow down our dates - and find airfare that works for us!
Looking at some time between Aug 2nd.... till Aug 22nd.... doing 5 nights, maybe only 4... but really think if this is our first, and probably one-time trip out to DLR (WDW vets), that we will want the 5 nights.

Looked at air a month or so ago.. 4 of us nonstop out of philly round trip was around $1,050!...... now it's over $1,600. ugh!!! Did I snooze and lose.... or is it a waiting game till it's a few months out from trip and they go down?

Plan is BWPPI for 3-4 nights... and one night at DLH - maybe a night at PP, too. We like trying out all the resorts!

ANd I need to get there before the black out dates are lifted, right?

I booked the flights, so it's official: 8/29-9/3. DLH (hoping the Mouse smiles on us and offers a discount.) It's my and my DS's first trip. My DH went to DL once when he was growing up, but it's been oh, a while. Can't wait!

Thanks for the info, Jack! We decided to give driving a try. This is our first (and probably only) year we got APs for the entire family. We knew we wanted to go back and check out Carsland this year.

It has cost us less to drive than to fly, since we stay a week can never get a good schedule thru Allegience. I do not mind the drive since I know it by heart.

Just switched from May to 7/31-8/7.

Travelling with 2 of my kids so far but we usually add in the other 3 as they decide they can come. Also coming with me for his first trip in 21years: my brother! He will be like a kid in a candy shop! Can't wait to experience this with him!
