Kids' Club charges can be either paid with a credit card or put on your room charge.

Someone can correct me if I'm wrong, but I don't think they are allowed to accept tips.

In keeping with the two week agendas - in two weeks we will be at DHS - lunch at Sci-Fi and dinner at 50's PTC!

Since we are most likely in a standard view room (on the 2nd or 3rd floors), does anyone know if we can use stairs instead of elevators?

Yes, you can use stairs. My preferred choice for going down. Too tired by the time I'm going back up.

Quickly off topic here, Dee please forgive me.

2 weeks from tomorrow, we'll be having breakfast with Cindy at the castle.

I just realized that our ADR overlaps with our FP+ on the Mine Train, so that we'd have to eat and be out of CRT and at the ride in barely 50 minutes, otherwise we'll forfeit the FP+. This one is important to us.
Is it worth checking religiously and trying to move it, or is the Mine Train just booked solid? Would calling (WDW or IPO) help?
Thoughts?

BTW...would love to see pics of the BC Pres. Suite lounge!!

Can you please add me to the 'be our guest' list :goodvibes

It seems such a long way away but I've just booked to return to the Beach Club (LV CL) 30 November-10 December 2015, can't wait to return as I loved it there in 2012.

I have looked at the FastPass+ thread and can't find a definitive answer on the 60 day booking window. What time should I plan on logging on to make my reservations? 6 a.m. EST like dining reservations? Or midnight EST? Anyone here know?

Cindy is at 10:20.
FP+ window is 10:40-11:40.
I don't know HOW I let that slip by me.

I think there is 15 minute grace period for the fast pass. So you have little over an hour for your meal. It will be wise to either rebook CRT/FP+ but those are both very hard to get so maybe you should show up a little early for your CRT meal and hope that the meal goes smoothly.

5 days to go. Hair coloured - check :goodvibes

Meanwhile in other news, Manchester airport was on total close down for a short period today as some complete and utter idiot on board a Qatar plane declared he had a bomb. So the a330 Airbus was escorted down by military jets.

You have to wonder at the mentality of some people.

I think your best bet is to get to CRT NLT 9:45 and explain - see if they can slide you in sooner.

Did you get a second SDMT FP+ on another day atleast?

Does anyone have pictures of the Presidential Suite now that it has been set up as the CL lounge? :goodvibes

How long will the Presidential Suite be used as the concierge lounge? We check in at BC Club Level on 8/14. Thanks!

We were able to book our fast passes at about 12:20am EST. I didn't try any earlier than that. This was on July 26th, so not too long ago.

I would just go early and throw myself on the mercy of Cinderella's court. While it may be true that Cindy and Snow White don't always get along (Cindy is jealous of all of Snow White's men and her lovely singing voice) I think you can appeal to her vanity by reminding her that you picked her first. That should take care of any lingering grudges, especially since Cindy is a blond and can be easily distracted. Just yell "ARE THOSE MIMOSAS!!!" and all will be forgotten.

You definitely want to try booking them an hour before midnight of the day you can book.

The reason I say that is that I did see a report that said someone was able to start their booking that early. Keep in mind however that MDE and the Fast pass site is GLITCHY so it's like Forrest Gump's box of chocolates... you never know what you are going to get as far as when the site will work correctly.

When I booked 60 days prior to my upcoming trip the site did not start working to accept Fast Pass bookings until 1 am... so it can be all over the place.

Also do not expect to change your ROOM only reservation OR Resort PACKAGE booking and expect to keep all of your previously booked fast passes. Even booking a dining plan AFTER YOU HAVE MADE FP SELECTIONS can wipe them out because your hotel reservation changes.

It's best to get your ducks in order and commit to your hotel/dining/resort package type AND THEN BOOK YOUR Fast Passes. Once Disney Wipes your FP because of a reservation change there is no retrieving them... they are gone forever, just like Olaf on a warm summer's day. You have only the memories of them and the angst of trying to book them all over again...

That makes sense since the 60 days is only for those with resort reservations. Thanks for the clarification!

We've arrived home from our Beach Club trip yesterday evening so we are just settling back in. We had a rough start to our trip that was far from magical, but after the first two days things got much better and we ended up having a wonderful trip in the end. I loved the resort, it was beautiful and we all enjoyed the pool area, walks to Epcot, boat to Hollywood Studios and proximity to the Boardwalk. This was our first time staying in the Epcot area, we normally stay in the Magic Kingdom area, but I'd absolutely stay in either area again!

Do the room fridges have the little freezer in them? I would like to be able to freeze ice packs for the snack bag and also bring a few uncrustables for my picky daughter :)
