Yes they did say he was on Amazing RaceThis had to be the first time, that I did not realize that it started for the Season. I wish The Amazing Race would start. Speaking of the Amazing Race, did someone say that the older gentlemen was on The Amazing Race?

I think it proves that you can't shut off who you really are, no matter how much you'd like.Watching!
I'll never understand how players who claim to know the game so well make such rookie mistakes...running off to find an idol, barking out instructions at their tribe-mates, not lifting a finger around camp, or starting a relationship with another player, to name a few!
It happens every season, and never ends well...I don't get it.
I already have people I can't stand- the woman on Goliath that was looking over at the David team when they first boarded the boat saying things about them- and the black woman with the freaky freaky stare. Wasn't crazy about the guy that went home either!
Watching!

I screamed, "Ned Shneebley!" when I saw Mike on the Goliath team. How great is it to be in a job that you can take off time to do things you want, like go on Amazing Race or Survivor?
The show pre determined the teams/tribes. Probst talked about the whole David vs Goliath theme (which he described more of a those of a hard knocks background who've had to work hard for what they have VS those of a more privileged fortunate background). Therefore, Mike is a Goliath because he's a very successful writer/producer/actor (maybe came from a family with means and went to a good college???). The David's chose the 2 strongest Goliaths while the Goliaths chose the 2 weakest Davids. Then the Davids chose which tasks each pair had to complete. They chose the puzzles because the 'Big Bang Theory' guy is a slide puzzle pro/designer himself.I watched last night after not having watched since like, season 5 or something! We're talking YEARS ago. Was trying to figure out how they determined Davids vs. Goliaths, I missed the first ten min or so, came in as the first challenge was beginning that involved the David team choosing who did which challenge, ending with the slide puzzle. So far a bigger fan of the Davids team than the other...although I like the school of rock actor/writer from the Goliath team (here's where the confusion over teams comes in for me...how is he a "goliath"?? because he was on the amazing race and can compete??)
