It's been a crazy week...I did 20 minutes on my bike and then 20 minutes strength on Wednesday, so 250 so far...hopefully this week I'll have more time...this last week was crazy, with an open house at one school on Monday, and instrument testing for the elementary kids on Tuesday and Thursday nights. I felt like those were workouts in and of themselves, but alas...

I'm at 425/900. Did a 5k charity event today which was good. I was the organizer. DD and I wogged it together so the pace was slower than I would have done otherwise, but it was great to do it together.
