We are trying to get through the crowds. I still havent seen any LGMHs......and tonight were going to see WOC. Hopefully the crowds will loosen up.

I will be at DL next week. Nov 29-Dec 3. Not sure if that qualifies for November or December?!?!

Staying at the Quality Inn for 3 nights, HoJo for 1.

We are HERE too!
We got to the park at 2:30pm, just in time for the parade, ugh... cut throught the shops to the crosswalk.. then over to Cafe Orleans for a bite,,, we we're starving!
The Gumbo, Frittas, and Beinets, we're sooooooooo yummy!
It is Crazy Busy! Wait for POC was 45 minutes at 4pm! It's also chilly and windy.
We went shopping and bought some sweatshirts... I have my LGMH's all over my bags, and lanyard... I hope to see some fellow LGMH's!!

Today's the day! Well driving day ~ Utah's Blizzard of the Century wasn't anything impressive I'm at work now *3 hours earlier than usual *I'm done at noon *11am CA time* and then we'll take off - for our 1st ever drive to S CA/DLR.

Good morning all! Thanks for all the get well wishes for my DD. She is better... just getting lazy on me now so my DS has turned into my evening park buddy for the last 2 nights. Last night thre was a light misty drizzle which cleared the park out some. Unfortunately, even he is not feeling 100% or we could have stayed til midnight. Anyway, we will be heading to CA today for our last day in that park and lunch with the princesses. Also gotta run into DTD to see Rapunzel later in the day.
Tomorrow is our last day in Disneyland, with our big Thanksgiving Day finale. It's been a pretty laid back 2 weeks! Going to be tough returning to the real world.

My apologies to munchkinsmom for not getting you added yesterday. I must have overlooked your post when a new page began. I am not quite sure as to the exact dates of your stay so I just took a guess. Let me know if it needs updating.
And, yes, smile4stamps, you do get to count as a November traveler too! Lucky you! You can get to be a member of both the November and December travelers clubs!

Happy Thanksgiving to everyone..... especially those inside the park today! Hope I see you there!


Not sure how accurate the info I received yesterday was but I was told by a cast member in CA that Disneyland reached 70,000 in the park by 8:00am! Thankfully, we were not there all day but hung out at CA instead. Hopefully, the crowd will die down some today as we will be heading in shortly.

We went to see Tangled in DTD last night. I LOVE LOVE LOVE it!

No worries...Thanks for including us even though we were late in participating in the thread.

I believe it....Buzz Lightyear Fastpasses were already being distributed for the 7PM time by the time we reached the park at around 11am. This past Monday through Wednesday's crowds were huge compared to the weekend before. It was amazing to experience the difference!

I'm so sad to have to ask to be removed from the list. I got the diagnosis of breast cancer this week, and we are cancelling our 30th anniversary trip. Our family is devastated, I have doctors and tests to deal with. We were supposed to be leaving tomorrow. We thought it might be good to get away for a week and have fun, but it's going to be too hard with this hanging over us, and we need to get the ball rolling on my treatment asap. Pretty rotten timing all round, before Christmas too. Give your loved ones an extra hug today and remember you just don't know what tomorrow is going to bring you.

We're back from our vacation. We had a great time. Quick notes: All four days we were there were crowded, even Thanksgiving Day and the day after. WOC is fantastic. We did the AG/WOC dinner, arrived to the meet up spot at 8pm and there was maybe 15 people in front of us. got a railing spot but the last 10 paces had had to hussel because I could here someone RUNNING up behind me trying to steel the spot I was headed for.

Murphy was a no show, but the show was still good as usual

Christmas fireworks were wonderful, but I seem to remember most of their firework shows lasting more than 10 min.

IASW holiday did have the peppermint smell and one other smell that I couldn't identify, I think it might have been cookies. HMH's gingerbread display was fantasic and did smell of gingerbread.

The only rides we didn't ride were the Storybook boats, Alice, and Peter pan. Those rids aren't worth a 60+ min wait IMO. I do like all three of these rides but was not about to wait that long in line with a almost 3 year old.
