Star Tours - closed for refurbishment and addition of elements for Star Tours 2.0. Expected to open in May 20, 2011.

it's a small world - closed October 25 to November 11 to install the holiday overlay.

Oh, and I forgot to add any details of our trip plans. As of right now there will be 4 of us going but the plan is to invite DS's girlfriends family along. So we will have to wait to see how that turns out. Our length of stay also sorta depends on their answer but for now I am posting our dates for if they do not go. If they do not go we will probably get to go longer so I gotta confess I am sorta hoping for that since I missed my DL fix last year and would love to stay as long as possible. Then of course, another factor that may play onto our plans is the cost of airfare. We have never traveled so close to a holiday before so I am waiting to see if rates will come down. Right now it seems way too high! If it doesn't go down a bit I may go back and adjust my dates to see if I can come up with a better deal. Anyone finding any good deals yet?

We are going the week before Thanksgiving. Not sure on exact dates yet, I'm kind of waiting to hear about the dates when decorations start to go up before I book. We are planning on staying at DLH. It will be myself and DH, our Disney obsessed four year old DD, our son who will be 11 months at that time, and my mom. Planning on being there three days.

HOJO for us too! We will be road tripin' it from the Oregon Coast and will be in San Diego first for a couple of days and then at HOJO from 11/12 - 11/21. We go pretty much the same time every year. We love it!

We are leaving Nov. 13th and coming home the 21st. Traveling from Salt Lake City and staying at the HoJo. We will stop in Vegas the 13th and get to Cali on the 14th. The trip includes me, DH, DD (6), DD (4) and my DS (10 months).

We are so excited. This is our first stay at HoJo. I am hoping this week will be slow for Disneyland and we won't have long waits. I am debating getting a 3 day park hopper and then doing Hollywood one day or just doing 4 day park hopper and taking our time. Hmmm....decisions!!

Hopefully, we are going to be at the HAPPIEST PLACE ON EARTH for Thanksgiving - we will leave Vegas Wednesday, November 24th - ready to hit the parks Thanksgiving Day!!! 3 day park hopper for November 25-27 - maybe upgrading to APs!!!! We will be staying at the Anaheim Resort RV park!!! I CAN'T WAIT!!!!

We are planning a trip Nov. 2-7. We were at DLR the same time last year and LOVED it. Low, low crowds and short wait times. Halloween coming down and Holiday going up - it was fun to see what had changed every day when we walked into the parks!

DH, Me, DS 8 and DS 6 are going Tues. night thru Sun. evening (that way DH only misses 3 days of work)
DS 22 and DS 14 are flying in on Fri. evening and flying home with us on Sun. They can't miss school since one is in college and the other high school.

First Family Vacation with ALL of us in 2.5+ years. We've been to DLR plenty of times without our oldest DS - but he is coming with us this time.

Yay a November thread! We haven't booked yet we are either doing end of October/November or end of November/beg december. We are waiting for a seat sale Of course we are actually doing all of SoCal, likely staying at HOJO while we are in the anaheim area!

Nov. 28th - Dec. 4th. We're doing 4 day hoppers, and staying with Family in El Toro (15 minutes south of D-land) Not sure what days we'll be in the parks though. We may end up doing Legoland too. Me, DW, DS 6, DD3. Grandma and Grandpa are going down too, but will only spend a day in the park.

Hot diggity! We've got our first dozen to start out the list of November travelers! Looks like Hojo's is the most popular lodging of choice so far. And, our farthest traveler is coming all the way from Australia! We've already got plenty of overlapping dates so hopefully there will be DISers tripping over each other everyday in the park! So like, ShellyMouse ,suggested don't forget to bring your LGMH.

The days already seem to be flying by on the calendar so let's stick together and see if we can build our enthusiasm, share some planning, offer each other tips and see if we can make the next few months go by even faster!

November 4th we leave Vancouver Island, BC, Canada and drive down to Anaheim. We'll be at the parks Nov. 6-11 and then heading to San Fran on our drive back home.

November cannot come soon enough!!!

Our party consists of myself and my husband, my daughter who will be turning 7 on this trip and my mother. I am the only one who has been to disneyland before and that was 11 years ago. We're staying at HOJO in a Deluxe room overlooking the pool.

Guess I will check in too. We are flying into Long Beach late on the 18th, going to DL on the 19th, which is dd's birthday and then maybe another day. Not sure yet since this is just a stop for us on the way to Tucson. I think we have decided to stay at the Marriott Residence Inn, since that is our usual hotel of choice.

We will be renting a car and driving to AZ after our quick CA visit. I have family in the area and we hope to see them while there. My cousin and his wife have annual passes so hopefully they would be able to join us.
