My Weight Watchers journey!! I DID IT!!! Before/after pic, post 128!!!!

Ugh, well now I remember why I don't eat like I did at lunch yesterday!! Oooh did I feel yucky all afternoon yesterday! But, mmm!!! It tasted so good!!

Woohoo!! Today is my Friday!! Heading up north after DS's football practice tonight, coming back Friday night, football scrimmage for DS Saturday morning, then back up north. This should give me a good weigh in next week, as I always seem to do really well up north (surprisingly!).

Oh man, my journal was waaaay down on the page. Gotta do a better job keeping up!!! Watched my points, even though we were out of town this weekend, and got a good amount of exercise in, so that was good. Unfortunately, I don't get to weigh in this week. I belong to an At Work WW program, and we need 15 paid members each session. This session we are 3 short, so no weigh ins until we get three more members, which hopefully will be next week!!! Last night when I read the email that we weren't going to have a meeting, I got a glimmer in my eye, thinking that I could eat something really bad (I was sort of hungry), and it wouldn't even matter. However, thankfully, I talked myself out of it, and then today, I did my typical weigh in morning routine of not eating. Gotta keep everything the same!!

Yup, yesterday sucked. The last few days I have been really hungry, and last night, I gave in. And I didn't exercise, which is weird for me. I think I just totally needed a night off. Not having a meeting to go to this week really threw me for a loop. If we don't have our At Work meeting next week, I am going to suck it up and pay to go to a meeting on the "outside". Hopefully today goes better for me!
