Mini-Meet Saturday 8/23, Update Post 57 - Trip Report!

Ok it seems a lot of Diser's are headed to the parks this month. Why you all want to come in the greuling heat of August is beyond me, must be the free dining plan?

I am always up for meeting fellow disers when they come to WDW.

I will just keep my spray mister bottle full of ice water and if you can't find me look in the nearest fountain.

I am planning a Mini-Meet on Saturday August 23, at 2:00 pm. We will be meeting at Epcot at Club Cool. I picked that location because it is -well- cool, and much better than standing outside, in the heat.

We will hang out there for a little while and then we plan on going towards Mexico to get some Margarittas - or another brain freeze.

Last year we got the margarittas and then wanted to ride the boat ride in Mexico. They would not let us on the ride with our drinks so we tried to drink them down real fast, and we all got a great brain freeze. Aengus won the contest he was finished before we were half way through with ours.

Anybody want to join us? I will update this list as I get more responses.

oh wow that sounds like fun! It would be even more fun though if it was like say oh idk maybe SEPTEMBER 19!!!!!! when Bridge ( LGMH) and I are actually going to be in Epcot. LOL

Throwing out a straw here for anyone to grasp... Bridge and I will be in WDW from the 15-19 ( leaving the 20th). We really miss you guys and gals alot. Fly, if you talk to Qruthie, tell her please Bridge ( lgmh) told me last night she misses her especially.

Seriously, if anyone's got floor space for me, it would make it more possible for me to go. Hotels are expensive and it's just me. I'd come up Friday evening and would leave Sunday.

PM me if you have room. I can give you a little something toward the two nights, or buy lunch two days or something LOL.

If you haven't tried one recently (within the last 2 months) - BEWARE! They took out the Kiwi and substituted sour green apple. Just not the same.

I am on a trip with my kids and no husband... so to be honest, who knows. I can attempt to herd the cats, I mean kids, in that direction at that time, which might be worthy of a "pencil me in" status.

As for the Fiesta Margaritas... Mom will work at least one of them in sometime during the vacation, sans green apple.
