This, the woman that they were looking for, thinking she was with him, turned out to actually be located physically overseas and despite having her name out in the world now, they don't think she had anything to do with it.

The woman in the video saying somebody pushed up front might not be lying. But that doesn't mean the person who pushed up front was involved. Could have just been some jerk trying to get up front and said "who cares, we all die eventually". It might just be strange in hindsight.

I heard reports that the man is known to Vegas police but they wouldn't elaborate on how.

So sad for Vegas and everyone involved.

Absolutely horrible. I can't imagine how it must feel to be there or to even live in a city that experiences this kind of trauma.

DBF and I are in Vegas right now. We were over at MGM Grand Casino when a stampede started. It was very scary, with people yelling about a shooting. We were on lock-down all night at the MGM convention center. We just got back to our hotel at 6:00 am. Please keepthe victims and their familes in your prayers!

Either way, part of me hopes he rots in you know where and the other part of me wishes he were still alive so he could go to prison and rot there for the rest of his miserable, evil, sick life. He had no criminal record, and lived in a retirement community. I just can't even imagine what his motive could have been and why. Absolutely sick. I feel so sorry for all of the victims and their families. Such a sad waste.

As of right now, there is no indication he had any links to ISIS. They can claim whatever they want, it doesn't mean it is true.

My daughter is Las Vegas right now on a much needed vacation as she was widowed about ten months ago. I wondered why she was texting me at one a.m. this morning and saying they were at their hotel and all good. I just answered "okay" as I was sound asleep. Then I checked CNN. Thank God she was okay and also that she was smart and thoughtful to let us know. Unfortunately many families aren't as lucky as us today. What a crazy world we live in. Have to be thankful for every day.
