Disney's Club Level (CL) Information & Questions

Just returned from another wonderful stay at the BWI. The weather was wonderful and the wedding we went for was just beautiful. Our next trip isn’t until December, but we have a trip to Disneyland the beginning of June to look forward to. My oldest grandson is graduating from high school, and since we have to go to California we may as well go to Disney!

Yes! We will move from BWI to Poly CL on the 3rd. I have the patio booked and zero plans for the 4th. I can't wait. I hope it's a relaxing day!:beach:

Sounds like you're going to have a nice relaxing stay :cloud9:.

I’ll also be at BW before moving to GF! Should try and meet up at the pool one afternoon!

It's fun meeting other Disers! Hope you guys are able to meet up :goodvibes.

So happy to hear you had a nice trip! We have so many happy memories of time spent at the BW, and we look forward to our trip next month :) For us, it's all about the people. Our kids love engaging with the CMs. Sometimes they will even say "I can't wait to tell so and so about our day when we get back to the lounge." So fun!

  • Check-in was fantastic - probably the best check-in/CL greeting we've had at any resort in years. Greeted out front with someone specifically looking for us, escorted upstairs, full tour of the lounge, explanation of service times, the posted menu, beverages available, explained HEA viewing and show audio, explained we should just leave dishes on the tables and don't worry about cleaning up after ourselves, etc. It was top-notch, in my opinion. If I didn't know anything about CL, I would instantly be up to speed. I saw this time after time for other guests during our stay.
  • CMs were very personable and friendly. Food was replenished quickly, tables generally cleared quickly.

Thanks for the pictorial tour. If you have the time, let Disney's Guest Services know; it would be nice if WL knows that guests are noticing the good (and not just the bad all the time). :)

Besides mimosas, is there anything else special at YC on Sundays? My schedule just changed enough that we will be around to enjoy offerings that day.
Thanks!!

If you were visiting WDW for 4 nights, would you rather stay 4 nights BC CL the whole time or 2 nights Poly CL and 2 nights YC in a standard room?

The prices are basically the same. I had to move around my original bounceback to accommodate for work schedules and DAH and am now looking at the end of June. I am torn because I really liked BC CL, but Poly CL seems so fun! If I can't make Poly CL work, it will have to replace GF in December. No questions about it. lol

Humm. With only 4 days, I probably wouldn’t want to do a split stay. I’d rather stay at BC and have CL the whole time. Good luck deciding!!

So my departure flight on Southwest is now pushed back three hours. We will not be departing until 11 o’clock at night. If we check out at 11 AM , check our luggage with the resort counter, on our departure day can we use the lounge all day? Or does our lounge access end once we check out. We have park tickets we are going to Hollywood studios but we would like to swim in the afternoon and use the locker rooms to freshen up. But we would like to utilize the lounge to relax because we are going in June and it will be hot. So on checkout day when does your lounge access end? Thank you

You can use the lounge until midnight the day you check out. Your plan to swim and relax in the lounge after Hollywood Studios sounds like fun! We usually do something similar our check out day unless there’s some reason we need to take an early flight. I try to take the last nonstop of the day so that we can maximize our vacation time!

I love a split stay but probably would not want to do it for such a short trip.

Last fall my husband and I did a 3 night split (1 night Poly, 2 BC)due to availability but planned our time around where we would be. We actually had a nice time, but I would have preferred one location for a short trip.

Now, if I just wanted to try a new place and it was me and DH only, I might do it again.

Out of curiosity, when in June?
You keep lounge access all day
