We arrived on Wednesday, too, staying at the BC on this trip. Unfortunately, we are going home tomorrow.

Safe trip home!

One of my highlights of the night was getting my personalized magic band. I enjoyed choosing the design and I'm so happy to finally have PURPLE!! I saw several other designs I liked as well. I told the castmember they need RESORT themed bands, oh my goodness I would have to have a ton of those!

Well, we have about 8 hours until our flight so we're debating Epcot or Disney Springs.... or possible Animal Kingdom. Traveling with Nic this time down has been interesting for sure. Have you ever seen the movie European Vacation??? Well let's just say he's given the perfect immitation of Audrey this whole time whining and complaining about missing his girlfriend and wanting to go home. He's already begging can she please come with us next time. Ah young love. Why is it so hard to find someone who wants to go to WDW with me???? I feel a lot of solo trips in my future.

Ah yes, the teenage angst LOL, I'll travel with you LOL I loved European vacation...look kids Big Ben, Parliament.....

We are at the gate! Ugh, I hate airport security. Why does it have to be so slow and torturous?

It really is a beautiful resort.

Here is the pool at our building (Casitas 4) :

We didn't get a chance to swim this time. But it was a nice pool area with plenty of chairs. Basically this was exactly opposite of our room location, we were in the parking lot side. Personally I never really understood requesting a view at a moderate resort, we always keep our curtains closed due to people walking up and down the hallway.

Here are some photos of the food court (Pepper Market) and Rix Lounge. Also Cafe Rix the grab and go location.

This place is hoppin' at night!!! Major convention hangout, lively music and drinks. Also the outdoor Laguna bar I pictured above is active at night too. Those conventioneers like their cocktails.
Some people don't like CSR because of this, but I find it the opposite. I think Disney goes above their normal "moderate level" services and you'll find amenities are above what's expected.

Hallway:

Gift shop and package pickup. Also more grab and go drinks and snacks if needed.

So you get the feeling now. It's very nice. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again if I needed a mod stay. I actually prefer it over POFQ and CBR. But I'd probably give a slight edge to POR due to the Disney Springs boat. But a mod is a mod, the theme is really the big difference. But as I mentioned before CSR does offer some really nice suites and a business class "sort of CL" that does give options you won't find at the other 3 mods.

We had lunch today at the Crew's Cup. An old standby for something quick with no ADR, but also takes TIW.

It's over in the Yacht Club and nobody was in there at 12:30 PM.

I had the lobster roll which is actual real lobster!!!! Soooooo good.

Huge chunks of claw and tail meat that tastes fresh cracked. You have to try it.

Disney should have a club, similar to DCL that allows guests to reach certain tiers the more they stay in WDW resorts. I would be quadruple titanium level by now and maybe they would give me one of these wreaths to take home????
