We stayed at desert inn and suites recently and the year before and the beds are fine to me and my family, we have no issues sleeping. They did mess up my reservation but were able to restore it so I have no idea what happened there.

Except that wasn’t my experience. I rode the rides I wanted to, had very minimal issues with breakdowns, almost none, experienced parades and nighttime entertainment and loved the atmosphere that truly made me happy. My experience is valid too and we can choose to enjoy what we want to.

We love Lincoln but how often do we even make it in there? Almost never. They need to be utilizing every inch with good quality. I am sooooooo nostalgic but I don’t think it should come at the cost of quality.

They have huge empty spaces not being used (theatres in both parks to start) and I’m sure rides are not being run at capacity due to breakdowns and staffing. Those changes alone could make a noticeable difference. Pay the employees more.

I actually forgot until just now but one negative of our trip - when we arrived at the Anaheim Desert Inn and Suites they said I emailed four weeks ago and cancelled my reservation… WHAT? Of course I absolutely did not email and cancel. I asked to see the email and they said they didn’t have it...

The boards have become a pretty not great place overall and THAT makes me so sad. Not a lot of kindness left in some places. That said I absolutely respect those that have critiques, calmly but strongly report to management and decide not to go back and *honestly* report their experiences here...

Don’t be sad! I just got back and we had a fantastic time! Almost no issues with ride break downs and had a great experience with Genie+ being able to stack while on afternoon break. Wednesday and Thursday were especially great for lines.

You can make an ADR without a reservation or a ticket. I made one for my brother who is tech challenged.

I definitely saw characters signing autographs last week while walking around. I think it’s always ok to ask! Unless they’re heading backstage quickly.
