Someone on another thread yesterday suggested making a brand new, blank MDE account for Savi’s/Droid Depot. It worked for me; I just put in my information as normal on the participant screen and saved my time and confirmation number as a note in my real MDE plans.

So far I can get confirmed reservations on any date I’m not actually there (have gone all the way through and gotten confirmations, then cancelled immediately because hey, I’m not gonna be there). It’s literally just my actual travel dates that are the issue. What a headache.

Is anyone else having this specific issue? I can pull up times for Savi’s for every single day in October *except* for the days I’m there. Day before I arrive? Availability. Day after I leave? Plenty of openings. Every day of my trip? “Something went wrong. Please try again.”

Yep, this is exactly what I did for a quick trip last weekend. Booked POFQ on an express deal about a month out, linked it to MDE with no problem, then chose magicbands and signed up for ME. Trip went off without a hitch.

I’m doing it solo in 8 days. I actually like doing stuff like this alone—nobody to tell me I can’t ride BTMRR seven times in a row. :)

I did tea alone a few years ago and it was lovely. I brought a book and took my time; I never felt rushed and the server was extra nice to me. I wish I could remember her name! It’s not actually a very fancy place, and I didn’t feel out of place or weird at all.
