No. Every building's construction is identical.

Bu could she nook two rooms without her husband's nane, the he (or she for him if online) boom two rooms in his name without hers? They'll have to figure out/redistribute yhe Magic Bands but...?

You should call now with both reservations and add "traveling with" to both reservations.

Thats what I was wondering..we will be there this month, 1 ressie in 1 room, my and hubby and the kids (as oldest didnt come so we could fit), and was hoping to book bounceback (4 rooms, 2 for us and 2 for friends), and wondered if I could book 2 rooms and my husband book 2? Is the bounceback a code specific to each room/guest where I may be able to do this?

You cannot book a bounce back offer online. It needs to be done either from your room phone, before checkout or a phone number, before 10 pm on day of checkout. The bounce back offer allows up to three rooms per one bounce back offer. I believe it's per room (lead guest). Last year my adult daughter called from our room, booked bounce back offer and said she wanted it in her name, the bounce back offer was placed in my name (the lead guest).

You could always ask when you call, but I would say have a plan B.

If you opt out of mousekeeping, is there any rhyme or reason to when they do the daily checks? I know random times would make more sense, but I'm trying to determine if taking the gift card will result in being bothered everyday when we're having our midday rest time. Because if so then I definitely don't want to opt out of mousekeeping. (Actually, I'm not sure I want to opt out of it at all. This may just be one more reason not to. :) )

Thanks!

In my experience, random times. It’s been mostly late morning for us, but generally between 11am - 5pm.

Thank you! That's pretty much going to cover the time we'll be there each day, so I think I'll plan to just keep mousekeeping and hope they hit our room earlier in the day. They always have in the past. :)

That's our plan, too. I sure hope it works! We've never taken afternoon naps before, but this year is the year of the 6AM EEMH, so we're going to have to try it!

We called Mousekeeping in the past and requested that our rooms be cleaned in the morning. It seemed to work but I guess there are no guarantees.

is having your room cleaned a guarantee that they won’t also don't do the room checks? Is there a possibility that both will happen? Has this happened to anyone?

Nope.

Yup.

Quite a few people on the Guest Experiences With Daily Room Checks Thread have had it happen.
Thanks @dansdad. I was pretty sure this was the case.

For those considering keeping Mousekeeping in order to avoid the security checks, please be aware both have happened to many guests.

Sometimes security picks a row of rooms and goes to every single door whether you’ve opted out of housekeeping or not.

Sometimes you see them checking a clipboard and looking at the room number and they skip over some rooms. I’m assuming they skip over you if you’ve had housekeeping with these checks.

Can anyone tell me what kind of cups are provided for coffee in the room? Are they mugs or paper disposable?

Thank you!

To request or not, that is the question. I would like to request a quiet room with a shower only, we are in preferred. But our flight arrives at 10:30 am and we would love for the room to be ready on arrival. The last 2 trips I faxed in requests and they were not available, so should I send in a fax or just do online check in and request at the desk when arriving?

Does anyone know approximately how long it takes a Minnie Van to get to MK from POP? This would be early morning for a PPO.

It all depends on the availability. Sometimes you can be waiting 15-20 minutes. I would not bother with it. Buses are quick at Pop.

For a PPO you can generally get there via bus, since the buses run starting an hour or so before park opening anyway. But if you want to be sure to get there early you can always try uber/lyft (Minnie vans count as Lyft, I believe), which are usually pretty prompt since there's so many drivers in/around WDW at all times.
