I love credit cards so much!

I hit up BJs again tonight for some fee-free VGCs and I am pretty sure they haven't replenished them since I started to hit them up. I also got stopped at the exit door because self check out has yellow receipt paper and the lady was surprised that it would allow that much without an override. So she called the LP manager over...took a look at the receipt and sent me on my way. I had to show my receipt on this one as I had purchased a double box of Cheerios as well.
Ugh I just hit up BJs and not a fee free Visa gc to be found. Almost looked like the pulled them. I hate when good deals go viral, ruins my plans!!

Hopefully they are just sold out. I might see if there is a bjs on my way to a holiday party tomorrow afternoon

Thanks! But, I'm probably the one person in America that doesn't drink Starbucks! I don't care for coffee at all. I feel so left out sometimes because I don't. :rotfl:

Proud hot tea drinker/coffee detester here :) Never tried it and hate the smell of it.

I will add myself to your group! I don't mind the smell, but I won't drink it. My dh started drinking in 3 years ago, as did my dd when she left for college. So I get Starbucks for her LOL, and we have not one, but TWO, coffee makers on the kitchen counter!

ME, me, me!! Ughhh, hate the smell of it, hate the taste of it. It is gross. A couple weeks ago we were on a roadtrip and I accidently took a swig of my DHs coffee instead of my tea. :crazy2::crazy2::crazy2: I had no where to spit so had to swallow it. So gross. I get up and make DHs coffee every morning though, cause I am such a fantastic wife. haha

Love coffee, but don't love Starbucks. I will drink it and I have to add an enormous amount of sugar to their regular coffee to make it palatable.

What draws me in once in a while is the occasional Chai Tea Latte.

At Disney I am the one occasionally drinking a frozen Green Tea Latte. Whenever I buy this at Disney I get comments from strangers such as 'that looks refreshing'. It actually looks more like a frozen ice cream dessert with the enormous dollop of whipped cream.

And I will never forget the time I went through the drive through at my local Starbucks for 2 CTL's and they made me 2 drinks with hot water and a splash of milk for almost $10. We circled around and got the correct drinks, but I can't imagine anyone paying for hot water and maybe an ounce of milk. The window barista assured us that was a drink. I still find it ridiculous but if it is truly something someone orders, to each their own!

Their hot chocolate is yummy. I can't stand coffee anything and don't like tea. They do have some blended drinks without coffee and I was told you could get any of the blended drinks without coffee but I haven't tried that. It really just makes it an icy chocolate something milkshake so only good if it's really hot out.

Add me..

Me too! It's so gross (to me, no shame if you like it):crazy2:

LOL-DD drinks it too but there's so much soy milk/chocoate/whipped cream I question the caffeine amount in her drinks!

Hate coffee and Starbucks. Just brush right over all the deals. You are not alone

Yep...

I have a Keurig on my counter but it is basically a hot water heater. DH does drink coffee and I can't stand the smell of it on his breathe.

Coffee breath is not good :sad1:

Not alone :) Coffee makes me ill and not fond of tea, so my only hot option is hot chocolate and I'm not paying those prices for that. Hubby does do coffee but Starbucks is a rung above gas station coffee in his book, drinks it when necessary but has to add all the frou frou stuff to make it palatable (and not wreck his stomach). Sucks being a Starbucks hostage on the PA turnpike. But it's the only way we get rid of Starbucks GCs that we get as gifts

I don't even like their hot chocolate that much-and they often forget to put skim v. whole milk so it's not only not great and expensive but then I end up ahem...indisposed for a couple of hours:scared1:

I was a Cherry Coke for breakfast girl until I gave up soda. That was the worst experience with weeks of migraines as I gave the caffeine.

I would love to give up diet dr pepper but I would have terrible headaches and need a vice:laughing:

I have been known to choose where to have a meal, based on if the quality of the iced tea they serve.

I totally do that with coke v pepsi products. It KILLS me that SPG are now Marriott and now have Pepsi ...I always buy 2 or 3 diet cokes at the airport before we spend the night at a Marriott/SPG hotel. Kind of sad but as @Alexle2007 notes, the withdrawal headaches are not worth the risk.

 yeah that would take him several years to use up---I think it's like $16 rt when he has to visit clients south of Baltimore

Or you could come on down and take the express lanes south of the DC beltway in Springfield, Va, during rush hours. This has cost me $20 something. Another one is 66 west at rush hour. And there was some chatter recently that one road was going up to $40 plus per trip during rush. I hate to say that I use these lanes when I end up in the situation as I can't stand sitting in traffic.

Happy birthday to my Sapphire double dip. Now need to figure out what to do with them. I would like to change them to Freedom/Freedom Unlimited. But I also plan to cancel CIP at a year in August. Makes me nervous to lose all of them. Is there any reason why I need to keep one open? I know I would need one to transfer to partners, but I don't think I would need to do that for any reason since DH will have the CP and lots of SW points. Plan to change one now and change the CSR after I can use up the credit next month.

Oh yeah, this is us when we order "Coke please", server "is Pepsi ok", us "no", water please.
We love Culvers, Culvers is Pepsi. Culvers also has iced tea. The one two miles north, has horrid iced tea. The one 5 miles south has excellent iced tea. Guess which one we go to?!?!
The biggest problem is the Mall of America, on the occasion I go there. The entire mall is sponsored by Pepsi!!! So 99% of places have that only. Even national chains like Chipotle, Noodles and McDonalds when they had one, serve Pepsi!! Ick! Both good iced tea and coke are very hard to find out there.

Awesome! The drug store category is so helpful, so much better than lame gas station on Discover! Whoo hooo..

Quoting myself because I have Discover’s quarters confused. Happy to be wrong-between CF and Discover’s Q1 being grocery I’ll easily finish the $4k I need to pay off our grad trip. Happy news!
