Dancing With the Stars - Fall 2018

She's a decent dancer and getting better every week, and I think her (and Keo honestly) are coming off as some of the more genuine people on the show this season. I enjoy watching them work together!

Yeah, Keo isn't annoying me as much as he usually does .

I'm watching Joe muted.

Not only is he a bad dancer, but Jenna isn't a very good teacher. She doesn't work him on precision of his feet. And her choreography was rather derivative & boring.

I think Jenna is doing her best, it's a challenge when the student doesn't have a single dancing bone in his body. If he kept at it for a couple years he could get to "ok social dancer". DH and I were discussing which kind of athlete Joe probably was, since they require different kinds of coordination. I think swimmer since they tend to be the worst dancers.

Evanna, Alexis, Juan Pablo, and Milo are all pretty amazing. DeMarcos was right behind them, but you can't have five in the finale. Speaking of which, are they going to have four?

I would vote for these three, but I'm thinking Alexis might be there instead of Evanna.

Last night I had my fingers crossed, muttering, "not Evanna, not Evanna, not Evanna." I probably looked nuts, but glad she didn't go home.

I wish, but I think one of the "fan favorites" will make it and I think that Bobby has a better chance than Joe.

It reminds me of whoever the young guy was on "American Idol". He couldn't sing, and at least one night he showed up with a mohawk haircut, but the fans loved him. It was embarrassing that he stayed so long. Same with Joe.

Wasn't that back when that "Vote for the Worst" website was a big thing?
Maybe there's a VFTW movement for DWTS out there somewhere.

I get that much better dancers go home while the flavor of the season stays on this show, it happens all the time. I just don't get voting for Joe over anyone else though. Yes, he's a regular guy, he's trying, and I guess he's charming in his own way; but come on, he cannot dance! At this point I think it's uncomfortable for everyone that he's still there.

I'd like to see Milo, Evanna, and Juan Pablo as the final three and I'd be happy if they finished in that order. Of course that's pending how they do on their final freestyle - which means Evanna will probably drop a place because Cheryl can choreograph a great freestyle and well, Evanna has Keo.

I think the Alexis/Alan romance story may keep them in the mix though. I do think she's a good dancer. I just don't think she'd have the audience votes to stay without the romance thing.

I certainly hope Joe and Bobby go next. It should have at least something to do with dance after all.

While I think Joe and Jenna are happy about the extra money they get for staying on the show, there has to be a little bit of an embarrassment factor. Wonder if that was why he was doing the "I'm the best dancer" schtick, trying to come across as a bit arrogant? I mean, it didn't work, he's still too charming.

I can't guess who will be in the final at this point. I think Alexis is vulnerable because she's been in the bottom.

Been reading that Bobby is dating someone that he met since the show started. Anyone get the vibe that it's Sharna? I do!

I was just watching all the lives, homes & property lost in the Malibu fire. The devastation is horrible. I hope all the firefighters remain safe.

For the purposes of this thread: there are many here who also watch The Bachelor(ette.) Part of The Bachelor house was destroyed in the fire. The show, which started filming in Sept has moved elsewhere.

I saw a Hallmark movie last night and they made such pretty wreaths. I didn't know one could dress up a wreath with such stuff.

We've been shifting to holiday mode at work, i still have tree flock in my hair i think from putting trees in windows.
