Disney's Club Level (CL) Information & Questions

I'm in the UK and very rarely hear anything once booked. Occasionally I've had an email, possibly twice out of all the CL stays.

Got a phone call today for one of our stays. I have to admit I couldn't tell when she said the dates if she said end of May, first of June or July. I'm guessing she called about the trip coming up since it's the one I just booked. I did the one in July a couple weeks ago

At least I had a good excuse to tell DH for a reason for the call. We were in the car, shopping for a new car of all things
:offtopic:
So fun, I LOVE new car shopping! :flower1:

Advice for CR CL Tower or Atrium and why?
5 adults, 1 almost 4 y/o.
Bay view or Theme Park view.
Going next February, split stay, 4 days at CR and 4 days AKL, both CL. We are planning 2 park days while at CR, both are MK.
I looked at touring plans, and unfortunately they have no photos of CL rooms with 2 queens. Are the balconies the same size for all?
TIA!

Hey that's MY room lol!

That room was great! Mom md I had it in November. I loved watching the action from up there. I even watched HEA/MK from there.

So that's what those fireworks were! I knew they could't be from EPCOT because that would be too far to the right. I could actually see the MK fireworks from my bed and looking out the small window. It was a fantastic room. I really miss getting my espresso first thing in the morning and having it on the balcony.

Love the pics, thanks for sharing. Hope you had a great time :wizard:.

Seeing all these pics is getting me excited for my first BWI CL stay :goodvibes.
Well then, here are a few more of the room itself.

Before I delve into answering, I assume with that head count you’re talking two rooms? Or one of the larger Tower Club suite options?

Hello everyone! We have recently switched from the AKL to the Poly and then to the YC, and we were wondering about the current status of the lounge: does it still close between service, or does it now stays open? I remember reading about a “side door” though I'm not sure what this mean (we've never been to YC)?
Also, is there a way to request some drinks and/or beer between services? TIA!

We had a great stay last week at BC. I was a little nervous because I have seen some negative reviews recently, but our experience was great. CMs were very friendly. Evening offerings were good (my favorite was a mac and cheese bar with toppings :teeth:).

BWI still remains our favorite, but I'd be happy to stay at BC again!

That just happened to me as well for our AKL CL stay. I got a call within days of booking it. Then about a week later we booked a split stay with the CR CL and didn't get a call for that. We have gone many times over the years and have never got a call before - I have received emails but not a call - it was nice. That is one of the problems with Disney is that their CL services is not the same across the board or even the same with each guest.

Enjoy the Poly - it is one of our favorite resorts.
We are staying at AKL CL during the Aug. 18th - Aug. 25th, and after booking, we received a phone call and an email confirming the phone call...and thus far, with every request that I have made (ADRs, Wanyama Safari, etc.), we have received email confirmation and a phone call confirming the request and "are there any other requests or questions that you have at this time?" In the past, we have stayed at CL at different resorts, but this is our first at AKL and in terms of follow-up from DSS, this has definitely been a first....

Hi! I have a WL CL room booked for June. I haven't stayed CL there since they completed renovations and moved the lounge location. Is a CL room still guaranteed to be on the 7th floor? Or is there a possibility that we would be assigned another floor? Just curious as this is my first trip without my husband coming along and I will be with my three kids alone. It would make life easier if we were close to the lounge. Thanks for any info!

Thank you for posting your thoughts. :flower: I am pondering a bounceback for a special birthday stay in 2019. Depending on availability, BC is on the list.

The 7th floor is no longer guaranteed. I would make sure that DSS and your reservation note it as a request "close to lounge". Enjoy! We love "The Lodge".

If you booked a normal CL room regardless of view then yes you will be guaranteed to be on the 7th floor with the Old Faithful Club. There are other Deluxe rooms that are located on other floors that have CL "access".

Could you expand on your post, I think you are confusing things about where a Standard CL room is located at the WL vs the AKL. They are only on the 7th floor at the WL which is were the question was asked about.
