I saw that too. Definitely not a live shot. It is getting real here now. Easly hurricane force wind gusts. I still have power but a few I know don't

Texts are going thru but picture texts are taking for ever. Tried sending this to you Karolyn a bit ago. Still says it is sending.

Yep...no text yet ...but it IS getting real. That's a pretty heavy radar! Naples is getting hammered ; eye just passed over and storm has picked up speed from 8 mph to 14. FOX reporter in Orlando said skies are darkening and some heavy rain bands moving in. Downgraded to a Cat. 2 but that doesn't make a lot of difference when you're in that wind area, does it? Sending Pixie Dust that your power remains on...millions without it now. Storm surge starting in Naples but when eye passed over damage to homes seemed minimal. Orlando SHOULD escape major wind damage but I'm thinking there will be some. Heard reports of quite a few tornadoes on east coast. Hang in there; bad part is that darkness will engulf you soon. Storms always seem worse at night.

I just turned on weather channel and saw that. We are easily getting cat 1 winds. With the more north track this could run over Terri shortly.

The people in the resorts are having a blast! From Facebook: Disney is being great about taking care of those who are hunkering down at the resorts. Just thought I'd share this pic...(plate of food)
I put my son, his girlfriend, and their buddy up in DVC rooms for four days. They are college students who evacuated St. Augustine and then Tampa. They are at BLT for now. Tonight they are eating at The Wave at an "all-you-care-to-eat" buffet for just $15. My son said Chef Mickey's dinner is $20 (no characters obviously) and breakfast buffet there was $10. Nice to see they are keeping rates low
