The "No Theme, No Excuses" January Exercise Challenge

And we have made it to another weekend!

30 minutes yesterday for me - some mini-trampoline and a crazy cat who actually wanted to go for a walk on her leash yesterday.

:rainbow: I'm officially pink now, and kathleen27, you are 3 minutes from purple!

If you're getting your exercise by shoveling today, be careful out there!!

...No more excuses - my exercise time has to increase to reach my goal.

You'll get there, CruisingKate! Just with the last two days, you jumped to 66% and purple!! :woohoo::woohoo::woohoo:
(And you have only 85 minutes to pink!)

I was not quite as disciplined during the snow-day yesterday, and only did 15 minutes on the mini-trampoline. (I spent way too much of the day on line! - But every day is a fresh start, right?)

Off to update page 1.

I have not fallen off the face of the earth I promise, I don't know how many active minutes I have had in the last 2 weeks until I get a chance to look at my Fitbit results but I have been on vacation and although I met my step goal most days, I am sure there isn't a lot of active minutes - time to get my body moving to meet this goal for the month!

Not as good as I would like it to be but.......I was on vacation, and although I walked many steps, many miles it was not active minutes according to my fitty so I can't (won't) count them.

312/1000 right now but I am chugging away on the bike since I can't walk outside due to snow/ice :)

After yet another unplanned hiatus from exercise, this time due to being sick myself, finally got a good long run in today. 9 mile run plus a mile walking, 1 hour 45 minutes. Plus 30 minutes strength training. So 135 minutes for today.

1120/1750. Going to have to work hard this week if I want to make my goal for this month.

30 minutes of shoveling snow. Our driveway can hold 7 vehicles comfortably, to help you picture the amount of snow/ice we have had to deal with. I moved the cars and got all the snow/ice from under/around them done today! (Our final total was 24 inches of snow! :rolleyes1)

380/620

50 minutes of cardio yesterday and 55 minutes of cardio/pilates HIIT blend and a short HIIT ladder work out brings my total to 970/1200.

It was hard to find time to work out, my MIL had an heart attack on Friday night and it's been a stressful last few days. She's doing alright considering the circumstances.

@galaxygirl76 , glad to hear your MIL is doing OK!

And congrats to everyone on the great numbers reported!!

:rainbow: We have multiple color changes this morning:

galaxygirl76
MochaDrinker

scdak
PollyannaMom

and out team total is at 58%!!

Edit - Oops, forgot to say my own numbers - 65 minutes clearing snow off the steps, cars, a bit of driveway (DH did most of that), and my turn to do the fire hydrant near our house. The snow was heavier and wetter than last time, but our street is actually in better shape. - Go figure?!

I'm glad to hear she's doing okay, and I hope she continues to get better!

Checking in with 26 minutes yesterday + 69 minutes today
Almost entirely indoors ... this snow is cramping my style!

1294/1500
