Hey guys,

Sorry I have been MIA lately. Got back from WDW almost 2 weeks ago, work has been nuts, and so I finally came back to check out the thread. Hope you all are doing well. I have a chuckle seeing you all talk about various fanfics on here. I was always afraid to mention some of them on here due to story content, but it looks like a free for all now! I too am loving many of the stories mentioned here... including MrsTheKing's Poughkeepsie.

All I have to say is thank goodness for fanfic. It has helped extend the lifespan of our favorite characters, made it easier to accept Meyer just might be done with her own storytelling of these peeps, and the fact we have to wait till the fall for New Moon.

You all listening to the podcasts on itunes of IFic? Hope so!! Just adds to the fun.

Yay, I was hoping this would be another update Friday but it doesn't look like a ton of the ones I'm reading updated.

And Alice's Mom, I think angstgoddess wrote herself into a bit of a corner when she said 50 chapters is her limit. I think she has a ways to go to end the story and now she's having trouble ending it in one more chapter. That's my bet, I could see that totally causing writer's block.

Fingers crossed she will make it more than 50!

I just read it last week, it was amazing. I love the way the author writes, it's almost like she just dictates because it's so much like having a conversation, lol.

I don't know, I find I Love LA a bit hard to believe but I do love how well she researches and ties everything in. I love the way she intergrates Camilla, that girl is gorgeous! Real life Rob and her would make pretty babies.
