I do tri color rotini, grape tomatoes, black olives, pepperoni, pepoeroncini, cucumber, and sometimes artichoke hearts. Parm cheese and Italian (usually like Good Seasonings) dressing.
I would love the recipe for this if you don't mind posting.My favorite is hot Greek pasta salad. Orzo tossed with a warm lemon/garlic/olive oil vinaigrette, beans, cucumber slices, and spinach. The original recipe calls for feta cheese sprinkled on top but i prefer good hard parmesan grated over it
