Believe itNo phrases annoy me. I can't believe the use of any phrase gets people so worked up that they are annoyed.
I know! A part of me just wanted to see how many people would shoot me in the leg for saying how I feel about it.But for some Netflix and Chill is very pleasant. lol
And now that I'm 50(ish) it's actually 70 that's old! This made me laugh and think of the phrase "remember as kid when you thought 30 was old! ". Obviously "50" must be your "old"..... lol.
Not sure...tell me what they mean and I'll tell you how I feel about them. How do you feel about "spilling some tea" or "the tea is good"?
At least they're honest. Usually by the time somebody says "to make a long story short" it's already waaaay too late.In our family, it is "To make a short story long..".

Oh, OK then. I don't like those terms. I hate gossip. I die a little every time somebody says to me "So go on - dish."Gossip=tea
"Oh she spilled the tea!"
"This tea is good!"
"I'll just be over here sipping the tea."
