Vancouver Transfers for Party of 7

We are trying to find a recommendation for our party of 7 for airport transfers from the airport to the Marriott and then post cruise back to the airport. Has anyone found a service they recommend?

Which Marriott?

For the Marriotts by the cruise terminal... I would just get two cabs at about $35 each. Taxi's from the airport are a fixed rate..... http://www.yvr.ca/-/media/yvr/documents/transportation/yvr-zone-fare-map.pdf

Then a 10 minute... 4 block luggage drag to the cruise terminal the next morning.

Which is your return sailing date?

• In general, I would just get two cabs from cruise terminal to airport.
• Some sailing dates are a multi-ship docking and you may want a subway backup plan for extraction to get around the congestion.

Although we live in the Vancouver area, we had a group of about 10-12 that we needed to transport to and from the cruise terminal. We used Canadian Craft Charters (maybe also called Canadian Craft Shuttle) and they were great. It was a day when 3 ships were in port and the Vancouver port is nuts on those days! Doesn’t help that it’s at the top of the downtown core.

We booked with Aerocar and got a stretch limo for our family and it was substantially cheaper than Disney transfers would have been.

From the airport taxis are cheap and plentiful. There are also minivan taxis. It was $22 CAN from the airport to our hotel on Broadway for the five of us.

We split our party of 7 into two taxis. Going to our hotel the afternoon before our cruise was hardly any wait in the cab line, but on the day we disembarked we had an hour (at least) wait in the line due to 3 cruise ships unloading. We never looked into a private shuttle to check on cost.

We just used Excel Limo service for transfers from the airport to the hotel and back. Great service!

Good point about disembarking. We arranged for DCL transfer upon disembarking as we didn't want to hassle with arranging private transport. It wasn't cheap, but I bought peace of mind that we'd get to the airport in a timely fashion.
