I'm freaking out. I think someone had this problem before and I scrolled through, but couldn't find anything.

I bought two of those Sam's Club DGC 200 for 185. I received both of them digitally just as I had before, with no problems. I called Disney today to put them on my reservation (called because its a "room only"). One GC was able to be added and then she told me that the second one had nothing on it.

I called Sam's Club and then they told me to contact Disney GC. I just sent a notice to them through their website.

Does this sound like I'm going about this right?
Who is responsible?

Any thoughts appreciated. Thank you.

I agree with @JamieW just to verify.

Yes, you'll have to go through Disney to get your funds.
They might request a copy of the Sam's confirmation.
It's an easy process albeit annoying. You should be good to go shortly.

I'm not sure what time Kroger posts their online deals, it's past 9am and it's possible they won't offer 4x fuel. The 5% Off AMAZING promotion they've got going on is new to me, I've not seen that offer before and that just might replace 4x fuel. I just don't know.

If I were to guess a digit might have been off and the error on the CM side is the same for invalid as zero balance.

But for future reference, the Disney gift card website will let you combine gift card values.
