Christy, I've had PF really bad on and off since I had DS22...

What has worked for me was some birkies with the deep heel cup and cork soles for work (terrible cement floors at the hospital!) and at home (wear the sandals all the time around my house), stretching the tendons up the back of of my legs (hanging off the step, toes on, heels off, and going up and down), and not letting my foot relax at night, but keeping that tendon stretched (wearing the boot to keep my foot flexed).

PB and Christy, I too have PF, proper shoes with the arch support make a huge difference for me. I have the highest arches ever.

Town Hall
Post office to mail DD's hair to Locks of Love
CVS to pick up shampoo/conditioner, ended up buying two bottles of conditioner.
Work on digital album for a customer.

checked on my fur babies. They are fine at home but I sure miss them.
