Our Thanksgiving trip out West

My husband, son and I are taking a road trip to the Grand Canyon for Thanksgiving break. I'd love some suggestions for memorable but casual restaurants in the following places:

Oklahoma City (staying overnight on the way there and the way back)
Albuquerque (1 night)
Williams, AZ (2 nights)
Sedona, AZ (2 nights)
Santa Fe (1 night, will be there Thanksgiving evening)

I don’t have any suggestions for these but we usually ask people at the hotels we stay at or other locals we meet. Or check TripAdvisor. We have found some really good restaurants using both of these methods. Good luck and have fun!

Sedona is beautiful. It seems to shut down a little, since tourist season is over.

We liked the Cowboy Club in Sedona. Fun atmosphere with some southwest specialties on the menu, like buffalo, elk, and rattlesnake. The buffalo steak and cactus fries were excellent. They also have the usual chicken, ribs, burgers, etc. And great prickly pear margaritas.

On the way to Williams, in Flagstaff we like Brandy's Restaurant https://www.brandysrestaurant.com/ and Salsa Brava https://www.salsabravaflagstaff.com/

In Sedona - my favorite place I always want to go is Oaxaca. https://www.oaxacarestaurant.com/ It is right on the main street and right next to my favorite place to stay that is not a fancy place, but is the best location: https://www.matterhorninn.com/

If you are looking for things to do on the way, Meteor Crater is east of Flagstaff on I-40 and is very interesting. Lowell Observatory is also very cool.

We ate here in Sedona, it was fantastic!! The menu had a crazy huge variety, and the food was amazing. It was very casual, probably the best meal of our whole Arizona trip.
