When I got back to the room, DH was apologetic, now that he was rested. He wanted to go to MK, but I felt it was already too late. I'd probably appreciate the decision when we had to be up at 3 am. We went outside to watch the HS fireworks from our walkway though, and went to bed.
It's so funny, the difference between the vibe on the bus on the way to WDW, and on the way back to the airport. It's such a somber mood, everyone is tired, and just really quiet.
I was worried about having such an early pickup time, I expected to be the only one, with no cast members around, waiting for a no-show bus. But it was not like that at all. There was already a large group waiting, and the ME bus showed up right on time.
I'm happy to say we didn't have any issues with the homebound flights with American Airlines. Our trip home was uneventful, and I quickly got a case of the Disney blues.
My babygirl was so happy we were home. And thought everything we brought back was for her.
Well... that's it. Thank you so much to those who read along! I enjoyed writing the TR, and looking through all our photos, it was almost like reliving the trip. And good news! Just today, DH suggested we plan our next WDW trip for next year! I was going to book it in August again for our 1 year anniversary, but we decided to wait until October or November so that it's a bit cooler out. We will look at dates tonight, and put our deposit down! I'm happy to say we are booked for August 19-28 2017 at The Polynesian! Hope you join us for our next TR!
