I haven't tracked along with what exactly is going to happen but this makes it appear regulating use may be under provincial jurisdiction and may vary from place to place.

I stand corrected. Manitoba released its regulations today and it won’t be allowed anywhere but in your home. The wording is something about nowhere that the public has access to, so basically the and thing.
