I had a secret porthole and just dropped it for a regular porthole in order to save money! Did you look at the rates yourself? You might be able to do that too...

I noticed that too, the Cat 9 is less than the 10, so unless you are going for the higher deck it is a much better deal. We have always been on Deck 2 and love it.

Really? When I looked the outside rooms on deck 5-7 were more expensive. At least for our sail date. I prefer being up higher than on decks 1 & 2.

I checked the price on this cruise yesterday morning, exactly same cabin and occupancy. It's still at the opening price.

I just took a look. It only saves me a $100. I like being up higher and the convenience of being close to the kids clubs. It's my 1st secret porthole so we'll see if I made the right decision then I guess. I got 5520 which I understand is one of the least obstructed. Wish me luck and thanks for you tips!
